AREZZO – NOTA DELL’AMMINISTRAZIONE COMUNALE Spiace leggere le considerazioni di Gianni Ulivelli (dove è stato fino ad oggi chi lo sa) che non si smentisce mai nel parlare a sproposito dell’edificio ex camera di commercio in via Giotto. Il fabbricato è di proprietà privata. Lasciando intatta la pregevole struttura in acciaio con rilevanti sbalzi rispetto al piano terra, il progetto è stato trasformato non in uffici ma in appartamenti di elevata qualità (non ci piace dire di lusso)
L’amministrazione comunale presieduta da Beppe Fanfani prima, e poi quella guidata dal sindaco Ghinelli, ha condiviso il progetto e le scelte che la proprietà ha proposto circa la destinazione del resede interamente a parcheggi pertinenziali. Spiace anche che questa critica arrivi in un momento difficile per la proprietà, con la quale siamo solidali. Proprio vero che il cinismo in quel partito è di casa. Esempi non sono mancati, anche nel recente passato, a riguardo dei lavoratori e dei risparmiatori di Banca Etruria, una banca che è sopravvissuta a due guerre mondiali, ma non a Matteo Renzi. Invece di arrossire e tacere, ancora oggi c’è chi alza la testa e parla a vanvera … o tempora o mores”.
