La Commissione Centrale Tutela Ambiente Montano (CCTAM) del Club Alpino Italiano annuncia il Congresso Nazionale dedicato a un tema di fondamentale importanza per il futuro dei territori montani: il rapporto tra lo spopolamento e la tutela dell’ambiente montano. L’evento si terrà a Frascati (In provincia di Roma) presso Villa Sora nei giorni di sabato 10 e domenica 11 maggio 2025.Un appuntamento che nasce dalla volontà della CCTAM di affrontare una questione cruciale e spesso dibattuta: la tutela dell’ambiente montano non deve essere percepita come un freno allo sviluppo socio-economico e alle attività turistiche, ma rappresenta un’opportunità per un nuovo modello di crescita sostenibile. L’obiettivo è quello di analizzare il crescente fenomeno del ritorno di giovani nelle aree montane, attratti dalla possibilità di intraprendere attività agricole, turistiche e innovative in sintonia con gli ambienti naturali.Durante il Congresso, saranno anche raccolte proposte e suggerimenti al fine di indirizzare raccomandazioni efficaci agli Organi di Governo del Club Alpino Italiano. L’evento è inserito all’interno del Festival dello Sviluppo Sostenibile 2025.“Il tema del congresso nazionale è stato proposto alla luce delle proiezioni e dell’analisi della situazione attuale nei territori montani, dalle quali emerge il fenomeno dello spopolamento. Far tornare i giovani nelle nostre montagne significa però dover ricreare nuovi modelli di sviluppo sostenibile, per coniugare la crescita economica e la tutela dell’ambiente, Come CCTAM collaboriamo e partecipiamo al gruppo di lavoro Asvis, Goal 11 “Città e comunità sostenibili”. In particolare stiamo lavorando alla diffusione di un’idea di insediamenti umani in montagna, inclusivi, sicuri, duraturi e sostenibili”, ha dichiarato il presidente della Commissione Centrale Tutela Ambiente Montano Raffaele Marini.Si comincia sabato 10 maggio, con l’apertura dei lavori alle ore 15:00, la nomina del Presidente del Congresso e i saluti istituzionali. A seguire, si terrà la relazione della CCTAM e gli interventi tematici introduttivi di esperti come Elisabetta Chiesa, che parlerà di “Strade contro spopolamento e spaesamento: giovani, terzo settore e processi partecipativi”, e Giulio Massaro, che approfondirà “La tutela e la valorizzazione dell’ambiente montano nelle aree naturali protette: opportunità di sviluppo per i territori”. Il pomeriggio sarà dedicato al dibattito. Domenica 11 maggio, alle ore 11:30 verranno presentate le candidature per il rinnovo della CCTAM per il prossimo triennio. Le conclusioni e la chiusura del Congresso sono previste per le ore 13:00. Insomma, un importante momento di riflessione e di costruzione di strategie per un futuro in cui la tutela dell’ambiente e lo sviluppo dei territori montani possano coesistere e rafforzarsi reciprocamente.
