L’annuncio nel corso dell’assemblea attraverso la no-profit «Età della saggezza onlus senior»: 10mila euro per supportare la ricerca scientifica Si è tenuta questo giovedì 19 giugno l’assemblea di Confagricoltura Arezzo, l’incontro è stato dedicato ad Andrea Barbagli, scomparso prematuramente nel 2013 a 33 anni.

Per celebrare la sua memoria Confagricoltura Arezzo ed ‘Età della Saggezza onlus senior’ l’organizzazione no profit facente capo a Confagricoltura, hanno donato a Fondazione Telethon un ammontare di 10mila euro. «Tutti noi, associati e dirigenti dell’organizzazione, esprimiamo il nostro sincero affetto a Lorenzo Barbagli che mantiene vivo il ricordo di Andrea ogni giorno e siamo felici di veicolare questa somma per uno scopo così importante – ha dichiarato il presidente di Confagricoltura Arezzo, Carlo Bartolini Baldelli – La ricerca scientifica in ambito medico ed in particolare sulle malattie degenerative va sostenuta in ogni modo possibile. L’assemblea di oggi la dedichiamo ad Andrea». Nel corso dell’assemblea non sono mancati affetto e commozione mentre Lorenzo Barbagli, padre di Andrea, ha ripercorso alcuni momenti della vita del figlio e del supporto che Fondazione Telethon ha fornito loro nei momenti più difficili. «La volontà di Andrea – ha affermato Lorenzo Barbagli – è stata proprio quella di dare il massimo supporto alla ricerca sulle malattie genetiche rare. Tutta la nostra famiglia è commossa per l’iniziativa di Confagricoltura Arezzo che per noi rappresenta una seconda famiglia, ringraziamo tutti coloro che hanno contribuito».
