“Donna in sicurezza”

L’amministrazione comunale patrocina “Donne in sicurezza”, corso di difesa personale organizzato dall’a.s.d. Budokan Arezzo, riservato a donne e ragazze, articolato in 10 incontri e il cui svolgimento è previsto dal 15 ottobre al 17 dicembre 2025 il mercoledì sera dalle 19:00 alle 20:30 presso la palestra in via Giandomenico Tiepolo 30 in zona Giotto.

Il numero massimo di partecipanti è 20. Grazie al contributo dell’assessorato alle pari opportunità, il corso è gratuito e l’unica spesa da sostenere sarà per il certificato per attività sportiva non agonistica, obbligatorio in tutte le sedi sportive. L’iscrizione si effettua presso la palestra stessa presentando il certificato suddetto. L’occasione è propizia – sottolinea l’assessore Giovanna Carlettini – innanzitutto per esprimere ferma condanna verso ogni forma di aggressione contro le donne e piena solidarietà a chiunque ne resti vittima, a prescindere dal fatto che tutto ciò avvenga per strada, fra le mura domestiche, in ambito lavorativo, per mano di familiari o sconosciuti. Resta molto da fare sul piano culturale e della sensibilizzazione e l’impegno in questo senso rappresenta una priorità concreta di questa amministrazione. In merito a questa iniziativa posso dire cheoltre ad avere, ovviamente, carattere pratico-sportivo, prevede di trattare concetti di psicologia, gestione della paura e dello stress, aspetti legali correlati alla fattispecie della legittima difesa. Una parte sarà inoltre dedicata alla condivisione d’informazioni sulle associazioni, numeri di emergenza e altre risorse a supporto di chi subisce violenza”.
