“Trame di rispetto”

Al progetto del Comune di Arezzo contro la violenza di genere oltre 15 mila euro di contributo regionale Carlettini: “Un’azione concreta e partecipata  per prevenire e contrastare la violenza”

Il Comune di Arezzo, tramite l’Ufficio Immigrazione, Integrazione e Pari Opportunità, si è aggiudicato un contributo economico pari a 15.198,81 euro, uno dei più alti tra quelli assegnati nella graduatoria regionale, per la realizzazione del progetto “Trame di rispetto – Azioni culturali e partecipative contro la violenza di genere”. Il progetto è stato presentato in risposta all’avviso pubblico per l’assegnazione di contributi economici ai Comuni toscani, promossa dal Consiglio regionale a sostegno di progetti finalizzati alla prevenzione, protezione e promozione della piena autodeterminazione femminile nel contesto sociale e culturale di riferimento per il contrasto alla violazione dei diritti umani e alla violenza contro le donne. “Trame di rispetto” si propone di sensibilizzare, informare e coinvolgere la cittadinanza proprio sul tema centrale della violenza di genere, attraverso un percorso culturale, educativo e informativo, finalizzato alla promozione di una cultura fondata sul rispetto, sulla parità di genere e sulla prevenzione di ogni forma di abuso e discriminazione. Il progetto prevede una serie di azioni mirate che coinvolgeranno attivamente il territorio, in particolare scuole, associazioni, centri culturali e la cittadinanza tutta. Siamo orgogliosi di questo risultato che premia l’impegno del nostro Ufficio Immigrazione, Integrazione e Pari Opportunità e ci consente di portare avanti con ancora più forza un’azione concreta e partecipata contro la violenza di genere – dichiara l’assessore alle Pari Opportunità, Giovanna Carlettini –. “Trame di rispetto” vuole essere un progetto aperto alla città, capace di far riflettere, di stimolare il cambiamento culturale e di offrire strumenti per riconoscere, prevenire e contrastare la violenza in tutte le sue forme”. Il contributo ottenuto permetterà al Comune di realizzare iniziative pubbliche, laboratori didattici, momenti di formazione e campagne di comunicazione rivolte a diverse fasce della popolazione, con un’attenzione particolare verso i giovani e le realtà più vulnerabili.
