HUMAN RIGHTS? Bard | Building Art Rights Dialogue

Il borgo di Bard si prepara a diventare epicentro dell’evento di arte contemporanea dedicato ai diritti umani più longevo al mondo. Alla sua 19° edizione, per il 17° anno consecutivo, HUMAN RIGHTS?, organizzato da CreActivity in collaborazione con AIAPI, Official Partner di UNESCO, curato da Roberto Ronca, porterà nel borgo 116 opere di 120 artisti provenienti da 36 Nazioni, trasformando il territorio in un laboratorio internazionale sui diritti umani attraverso l’arte contemporanea. HUMAN RIGHTS? rappresenta un’opportunità straordinaria di apertura al mondo; il borgo, già famoso per la sua storia e la sua bellezza, acquisisce una nuova dimensione culturale che lo posiziona sulla mappa internazionale dell’arte contemporanea in un melting pot culturale che arricchisce il tessuto sociale locale e stimola nuove forme di dialogo interculturale.

Per circa tre mesi Bard sarà il centro internazionale del dialogo sui diritti umani attraverso l’arte.

116 opere che faranno riflettere, che aiuteranno a pensare e che, certamente, sapranno scuotere la sensibilità di tutti coloro che vorranno dedicare un momento alla riflessione su argomenti fondamentali in senso universale.

Come in ogni edizione HUMAN RIGHTS? segue la propria vocazione creativa nel voler mostrare non solo la denuncia ma anche, e soprattutto, la speranza e l’impegno sulle reali possibilità di recupero delle disuguaglianze e delle ingiustizie sociali. Gli abitanti di Bard, i turisti e tutti i visitatori hanno l’opportunità unica di approfondire la conoscenza dei diritti umani attraverso linguaggi artistici diversificati.

L’arte diventa viva, rendendo accessibili concetti complessi attraverso installazioni, pittura, scultura, fotografia, videoarte e molto altro, per stimolare la riflessione critica e promuovere una cultura della pace e della tolleranza.

Il 2 agosto, giorno dell’inaugurazione, sarà anche una ottima occasione di incontro diretto con gli Artisti e le Artiste che potranno essere presenti sul posto e con i quali i cittadini e i turisti potranno conversare e dialogare su arte, cultura e temi sociali.

Nel fine settimana di ferragosto, inoltre, FantasyBard rinnoverà il concetto dei diritti umani, ai quali questa edizione sarà dedicata. Una grande occasione, quindi, anche per bambini, ragazzi e adulti di tutte le età che potranno ammirare arte e creatività diffusa nel borgo.

HUMAN RIGHTS? integra armoniosamente l’arte contemporanea con il patrimonio storico di Bard. Il dialogo tra le opere moderne e l’architettura medievale del borgo crea un percorso espositivo unico che valorizza l’identità territoriale. HUMAN RIGHTS? a Bard, infatti, va molto oltre l’evento temporaneo, perché lascia un’eredità culturale permanente. La comunità locale può ammirare il proprio patrimonio rivisitato con occhi nuovi e diventare più consapevole, cosmopolita e attiva nella promozione dei diritti umani e dell’arte contemporanea; al contempo i turisti incontreranno una nuova occasione per ammirare l’arte contemporanea e cogliere profondi spunti di riflessione.
