Proseguono gli appuntamenti culturali ideati e organizzati da Art Sharing Roma, vincitori dell’Avviso Pubblico “Artes et Iubilaeum – 2025”, promosso da Roma Capitale – Assessorato alla Cultura.Sabato 13 settembre, a partire dalle ore 10:30, un’occasione speciale per scoprire uno degli angoli più affascinanti del quartiere Portuense: una passeggiata con guida abilitata, la dott.ssa Penelope Filacchione, arricchita da letture teatralizzate a cura degli attori di Argilla Teatri, tratte da testi che raccontano la storia e l’identità della zona.Appuntamento in via Pian Due Torri, angolo Lungotevere della Magliana – Municipio XI.Lungo l’attuale via Pian Due Torri, a partire dall’argine del Tevere, si snoda un percorso che intreccia paesaggio, memoria e trasformazione urbana. In questa porzione di territorio, un tempo paludosa e inospitale, Michelangelo Bonelli, ingegnere visionario, avviò nel primo Novecento un’opera di bonifica e valorizzazione agricola senza precedenti: grazie all’uso di idrovore, canalizzazioni e sistemi di irrigazione, nacquero orti, vigneti e frutteti, trasformando l’area in un rigoglioso giardino produttivo.Cuore di questa trasformazione fu Villa Balzani, divenuta in seguito Villa Bonelli, ampliata e impreziosita da una serra, fontane e viali alberati che si inserivano in un parco panoramico oggi restituito alla cittadinanza.
