U “Italiano Lingua e Salute” per favorire l’integrazioneLa Biblioteca “Dionisio Roberti” di Sansepolcro si prepara ad accogliere un’iniziativa di grande utilità sociale: il “Corso Italiano Lingua e Salute”. Questo percorso di apprendimento, completamente gratuito, è stato ideato per aiutare i cittadini, in particolare quelli stranieri, a superare il “Mal di parole”,
ovvero le difficoltà comunicative che spesso ostacolano l’accesso ai servizi, specialmente quelli sanitari. Il corso è parte integrante di un progetto più ampio, denominato “Scire”, che trasforma le biblioteche e gli archivi in veri e propri “hub” di conoscenza e integrazione. Finanziato dall’Unione Europea, dalla Repubblica Italiana e dalla Regione Toscana, “Scire” prevede un’ampia offerta di 132 corsi, incontri e dibattiti su diverse aree tematiche, tutti nati da un’attenta analisi dei bisogni espressi dalla popolazione aretina.
Il “Corso Italiano Lingua e Salute”, a cura di Oxfam Italia Intercultura, si rivela cruciale per la popolazione straniera, che spesso si trova ad affrontare barriere linguistiche e culturali nell’accesso alle cure. I migranti possono avere un insufficiente accesso ai servizi sanitari di base o preventivi proprio a causa della mancanza di conoscenza della lingua e del funzionamento del sistema sanitario italiano. L’iniziativa mira a colmare queste lacune fornendo una formazione mirata su un lessico specialistico legato al corpo, alla salute e alla malattia, e illustrando il funzionamento del sistema sanitario italiano e le sue figure professionali, come il medico di base e il consultorio familiare. Verranno inoltre affrontati temi cruciali, con un focus particolare sulla salute femminile (gravidanza, parto, violenza contro le donne) e sulla salute del bambino. L’obiettivo finale è fornire un bagaglio di conoscenze indispensabile per interagire autonomamente con i servizi e accedere a percorsi di tutela. Il corso non è solo un’opportunità di apprendimento linguistico, ma un vero e proprio strumento di integrazione e crescita personale.
Le lezioni si terranno ogni mercoledì mattina, dalle 9:30 alle 12:30, per un totale di 30 ore. Il calendario degli incontri prevede appuntamenti a settembre 2025 (mercoledì 24), a ottobre 2025 (mercoledì 1, 8, 15, 22, 29) e a novembre 2025 (mercoledì 5, 12, 19, 26). Il corso è completamente gratuito, ma l’iscrizione è obbligatoria e deve essere effettuata entro il 14 settembre 2025.
