“Solo una corretta determinazione delle specie fungine effettuata da personale Esperto Micologo – ricorda il dottor Silvio Cantori, che ha il Coordinamento del Processo Aziendale – Ispettorato Micologico di Ausl Romagna – può scongiurare una qualsiasi intossicazione da funghi. È pertanto sempre opportuno sottoporre i funghi raccolti, o ricevuti in regalo, al controllo degli esperti dell’Ispettorato micologico”.
