Attivati nuovi sportelli CUP e servizi digitali integrati. Operativo il sistema di prenotazione diretta presso gli studi medici La Asl Toscana Sud Est rende i servizi sanitari del centro storico di Cortona più vicini e accessibili. Con questa riorganizzazione, l’Azienda semplifica le modalità di prenotazione e rafforza l’offerta sul territorio.
Ringraziando la Misericordia per l’impegno garantito fino ad oggi, la Asl ha assunto la gestione degli sportelli alla Casa della Salute e introdotto un sistema integrato che collega sportelli fisici, canali digitali e servizi telefonici, con un modello pensato per coniugare innovazione e continuità. A partire dalla prossima settimana tutti i giorni dalle 9 alle 12 e dalle 16 alle 19 i medici di medicina generale e i loro assistenti potranno prenotare direttamente le prestazioni prescritte, con un notevole risparmio di tempo per i pazienti e un riscontro immediato per i clinici.
Alla Casa della Salute sarà attivo a partire dalla prossima settimana uno sportello CUP, gestito dal Consorzio CNS, nei giorni di martedì e giovedì dalle 16 alle 19. Qui i cittadini potranno:
- prenotare, disdire o spostare appuntamenti;
- stampare referti;
- pagare ticket;
- cambiare medico di base;
- registrare esenzioni;
- attivare il servizio referto@mail e la tessera sanitaria;
- richiedere voucher per il trasporto in condizioni di fragilità socio-economica.
Lo sportello sarà progressivamente ampliato fino a diventare polifunzionale, con nuovi servizi in arrivo. I pagamenti dei ticket posso essere effettuati anche presso tutti gli esercenti del circuito PagoPa e, senza commissioni, presso lo sportello o l’ATM del Monte dei Paschi di Siena di via Nazionale 42.
Da novembre sarà attivo anche il portale regionale zerocode.sanita.toscana.it, dedicato alle prestazioni di laboratorio. Restano operativi tutti i canali alternativi: il Call Center Aziendale, l’App Toscana Salute (per prenotazioni, prescrizioni, pagamenti e referti, presto estesa anche alla specialistica ambulatoriale), il Fascicolo Sanitario Elettronico (fascicolosanitario.toscana.it) e i portali web prenota.sanita.toscana.it e zerocode.sanita.toscana.it.
Grazie alla collaborazione con il Comune di Cortona e la Misericordia, è attivo anche un Punto Digitale Facile, promosso dalla Regione Toscana, che offre supporto per l’accesso ai servizi digitali sanitari e amministrativi.
