BAGHERIA – PALERMO – Dal 10 al 12 ottobre 2025 ospiti provenienti dal mondo del giornalismo, della formazione digitale e della pubblica amministrazione affronteranno i temi dell’uso consapevole dei dati e delle sfide poste dall’intelligenza artificiale

Il corretto utilizzo dei dati, la loro diffusione, l’uso consapevole delle tecnologie e le sfide legate all’intellige nza artificiale, senza dimenticare il tema della trasparenza nella pubblica amministrazione. Sono questi i temi al centro del “Festival della cittadinanza digitale – AI e dati connessi al futuro”, in programma a Bagheria dal 10 al 12 ottobre 2025, con la partecipazione di ospiti di rilievo dal mondo del giornalismo, della formazione digitale e della PA. L’iniziativa, organizzata da Datapolis NetPolitics APS e patrocinata dal Comune di Bagheria, non sarà solo un’occasione di formazione, ma anche un momento di divulgazione, confronto ed eventi culturali. Gli argomenti trattati saranno ispirati ai principi del Manifesto per l’uso responsabile dei dati, redatto da Datapolis NetPolitics APS. Tra gli obiettivi principali (l’ingresso è gratuito): promuovere una comunicazione pubblica più chiara, trasparente e partecipata, in linea con i linguaggi del web. Tra formazione e divulgazione programma si apre venerdì 10 ottobre, con focus su scuola e cittadinanza digitale, con la lectio magistralis “L’inverno demografico: il nodo del Sud e le prospettive per l’Italia” a cura di Giorgio Alleva, ex presidente Istat. Sempre nella stessa giornata, il panel “Diritti digitali ed economia dei dati” con Luca De Biase (Il Sole 24 Ore), e il talk “Gener-azioni iperconnesse e sostenibili. Giovani e baby boomer a confronto” con Stefano Epifani (Fondazione per la Sostenibilità Digitale), la giornalista di Fanpage Annalisa Girardi e Roberta Mochi, capo ufficio stampa ASL Roma 1.

Sabato 11 ottobre sarà una giornata dedicata alla formazione per i giornalisti e gli amministratori. In programma il laboratorio “Follow the Money. Mafie, dati ed economia sommersa” con Paolo Di Giannantonio (LA7) e la conversazione serale “R&S: ricerca e sviluppo, raccontare lo sport, raccontare la scienza” con l’atleta olimpionico e data analyst Diego Pettorossi, il giornalista di RaiNews Pablo Royas e la divulgatrice scientifica e conduttrice di RAI Gulp Linda Raimondo.

Domenica 12 ottobre, “giornalismo e comunità” sarà il filo conduttore dei diversi panel. In particolare, segnaliamo “Consigli a un giovane amministratore: senza dati non c’è strategia. Il caso Roberto Gualtieri su TikTok” con Daniele Cinà, responsabile comunicazione social del Comune di Roma; a seguire, il talk “L’intelligenza artificiale per le controversie finanziarie tra cittadini e banche”, con un rappresentante della Banca d’Italia e Alberto Solieri del ministero dell’Economia e Finanza. La chiusura del festival è affidata al keynote speech “Democrazia data-driven: il potere dei dati per governare e decidere con evidenza e trasparenza partecipativa” del professore di Statistica alla Sapienza di Roma Pierpaolo D’Urso, e allo spettacolo “Dati alla testa” con lo stand-up comedian e conduttore di LA7 Saverio Raimondi.

Cultura civica e digitale Tra gli obiettivi del festival c’è anche quello di rafforzare la cultura civica e digitale, attraverso la formazione sull’uso consapevole delle tecnologie e dei dati e favorendo la collaborazione e il dialogo tra cittadini, istituzioni e professionisti del settore. In questa direzione si colloca la sessione speciale “Generazioni connesse: educare ai dati, costruire comunità”, dedicata agli studenti delle scuole medie e superiori. Sono inoltre previsti crediti formativi per i giornalisti iscritti all’Ordine, nell’ambito della formazione professionale continua.
