Un bilancio più che positivo per la manifestazione organizzata dall’Associazione Il Fondino CaLibro Festival in collaborazione con le Edizioni E/O, che ha saputo ancora una volta coniugare letteratura, musica e riflessione sull’attualità, con appuntamenti che hanno approfondito temi centrali come identità, migrazione, memoria e linguaggi della contemporaneità. Un vero e proprio viaggio dentro le dinamiche letterarie africane, attraverso autori e libri capaci di raccontare il mondo con uno sguardo nuovo e necessario. Tra i momenti più intensi, l’omaggio ad Abasse Ndione, scrittore senegalese scomparso nel 2024.Grande successo anche per Piccoli CaLibri, l’iniziativa curata in collaborazione con Aboca Edizioni, che ha coinvolto decine di bambini e famiglie, confermando l’attenzione del festival verso le nuove generazioni. La manifestazione si è chiusa in musica con la Listening Session di Raffaele Costantino (Khalab) alla Pinacoteca Comunale: un viaggio sonoro tra Africa e Mediterraneo che ha guidato il pubblico attraverso ritmi, tradizioni e paesaggi sonori di straordinaria suggestione. L’assessora alla cultura del Comune di Città di Castello, Michela Botteghi, ha sottolineato “l’importanza di un festival che ogni anno riesce a valorizzare il nostro territorio attraverso la cultura, proiettandolo in una dimensione internazionale e inclusiva.
