Fare sistema: il ruolo del terzo settore nell’integrazione dei servizi verso una governance condivisa delle vulnerabilità sociali l 23 ottobre un seminario nel Palazzo Vescovile di Arezzo promosso da Caritas Toscana Dalle reti informali alle alleanze strutturate: il terzo settore come interlocutore dei servizi sociali. Questo il tema al centro del seminario in programma nel Palazzo Vescovile di Arezzo giovedì 23 ottobre dalle 9 alle 13. L’iniziativa promossa da Caritas Toscana è la terza tappa di un percorso itinerante dedicato a costruire uno spazio pubblico di dialogo professionale tra Regione Toscana, il coordinamento delle Caritas della Toscana (TosCaritas), Caritas diocesane, ANCI, Comuni, Asl, Prefetture e altri attori territoriali pubblici e privati

Negli ultimi anni infatti il bisogno di aiuto ha cambiato volto, linguaggio e soglie di accesso. Non si tratta solamente di nuovi poveri, ma di condizioni nuove della povertà: diffuse, intermittenti, difficili da categorizzare e ancora più difficili da intercettare. Eppure, molti strumenti con cui cerchiamo di rispondervi sono rimasti gli stessi, o frammentati o incomunicanti. La fragilità delle persone che le Caritas incontrano nel loro servizio di ascolto è sicuramente economica, ma anche e soprattutto relazionale. Una fragilità che si appesantisce se i diversi attori sociali non collaborano e continuano ad operare da soli. Ecco allora il senso di questo percorso nato dalla collaborazione tra Regione Toscana e le Caritas della Toscana per raccontare meglio ciò che accade e dotarsi di strumenti per affrontare insieme, integrando letture, competenze e capacità operative. La proposta di tre seminari pubblici rappresenta un dispositivo di governo collaborativo, un’occasione per rileggere criticamente i dati del sistema MIROD (Messa In Rete degli Osservatori Diocesani in Toscana), rafforzare l’alleanza tra Centri di Ascolto e Servizi Sociali pubblici, mettere in discussione – con metodo e visione – come vengono scambiati dati, come vengono protetti e usati per decidere interventi di sostegno alle persone fragili. Il programma della mattinata prevede alle ore 9 i saluti istituzionali di mons. Alessandro Conti, vicario generale della diocesi; alle 9.15 un intervento di Alessandro Salvi, dirigente della Regione Toscana su l’esperienza della co-programmazione e co-progettazione in Toscana e alle 10 la relazione di Andrea Salvini dell’Università di Pisa su l’importanza delle “reti” per il welfare territoriale; alle 11 un confronto tra i partecipanti sul “ruolo del terzo settore nella costruzione del welfare locale” e  infine, alle 12.30 le conclusioni di don Emanuele Morelli, delegato regionale di Caritas Toscana.

Il seminario è in corso di accreditamento presso l’Ordine degli assistenti sociali della Toscana con ID 105571.
