Nel pomeriggio di giovedì 16 ottobre, in aula consiliare, la presidente del sodalizio Nadia Marconi ha tenuto la conferenza di presentazione del programma dell’Anno Accademico 2025-2026 dell’Università della Terza Età di Città di Castello Aps, che sarà poi inaugurato sabato 18 ottobre (alle ore 11 verrà celebrata una S. Messa nella Basilica di Canoscio, quindi alle ore 12,30 nel vicino ristorante si terrà l’assemblea ordinaria degli iscritti, seguita alle ore 13 da una riunione conviviale)
Nel corso dell’iniziativa il sindaco Luca Secondi e l’assessore alle politiche sociali Benedetta Calagreti hanno espresso, con parole significative, il loro apprezzamento per l’associazione e per le opportunità che la stessa offre ai “senior” per un invecchiamento attivo, anche con progetti portati avanti in collaborazione con l’amministrazione comunale. L’assemblea è stata molto partecipata: la presidente dell’Unitre rivolge un caloroso ringraziamento a tutti gli intervenuti.
