Impegno concreto e risorse proprie del bilancio comunale: il Comune continua a investire nell’Edilizia residenziale pubblica L’amministrazione comunale conferma la sua linea di gestione oculata e di interventi mirati a favore del decoro urbano e della qualità della vita dei cittadini.

Ammonta a 2,9 milioni di euro l’investimento complessivo in soli due anni e mezzo, 2023-2025, interamente finanziato con risorse proprie del bilancio comunale, destinato alla manutenzione straordinaria del patrimonio di Edilizia residenziale pubblica (Erp). Si tratta di un segnale forte di responsabilità amministrativa che non si affida solo a fondi esterni, ma garantisce un impegno stabile e continuativo per la sicurezza e l’efficienza degli alloggi popolari gestiti da Arezzo Casa. I contributi, erogati in conto capitale ad Arezzo Casa, hanno permesso di pianificare e realizzare una serie di lavori fondamentali distribuiti su diversi quartieri della città, toccando centinaia di famiglie. Questo, il dettaglio delle annualità:

2023: 1,9 milioni di euro per il restauro completo e la messa in sicurezza di un complesso di 70 alloggi nelle aree di via Montale – via Tortaia-Alfieri, un’azione che ha visto in breve tempo il sostanziale cambiamento qualitativo dell’intera area;

2024: 140.000 euro per il rifacimento delle coperture del fabbricato Erp in via Tortaia, che ospita 56 alloggi, fondamentale per prevenire infiltrazioni e degrado;

2025: 600.000 euro per un massiccio piano di sostituzione di 128 caldaie e la realizzazione di 8 nuove canne fumarie, un intervento cruciale per l’efficienza energetica e la riduzione dei costi di gestione per gli inquilini di via Ristoro, via Cimabue, via Montale e via XXV Aprile; 150.000 euro per lavori strutturali di rifacimento dei tetti piani e prospetti in via Funghini e per il ripristino di intonaci e pavimentazioni di terrazze danneggiate dalle acque meteoriche in via San Bernardino da Siena; 100.000 euro per il recupero di due alloggi, in via Darwin e in via Pietro Benvenuti, temporaneamente non assegnati perché necessitano di interventi di manutenzione straordinaria gravosi dopo il rilascio da parte dell’inquilino precedente. Quest’ultimo investimento, che comprende la sostituzione di 7 caldaie in via Darwin e via Libia, è cruciale per liberare nuove disponibilità abitative che, una volta rimesse a nuovo, saranno immediatamente assegnate alle famiglie presenti nelle graduatorie. “Questo è un investimento strategico e non estemporaneo – ha commentato l’assessore Monica Manneschi – realizzato interamente con la forza del bilancio comunale. È la prova tangibile che questa amministrazione mai ha delegato e aspettato ma si è sempre presa cura in modo concreto e stabile del proprio patrimonio Erp. Garantire edifici sicuri, efficienti e dignitosi non è un lusso ma un dovere irrinunciabile verso i concittadini. Abbiamo scelto di agire con risorse ordinarie perché l’attenzione al diritto alla casa deve essere un impegno solido e continuativo, un pilastro della nostra visione di città più vivibile e ordinata. Con questa strategia di attenzione costante e programmazione rigorosa, l’amministrazione ha dimostrato che la buona gestione si traduce in manutenzione, efficienza energetica e sicurezza a beneficio diretto della comunità e ha aperto la strada a un modello gestionale che spero possa essere portato avanti anche nel prossimo futuro”.
