Le prime due aziende aretine, in termini di dipendenti, magari è poco noto, sono Asl e Comune, gli enti pubblici più rilevanti del territorio. Occorre dunque avere un quadro chiaro delle esigenze, dei miglioramenti da apportare, degli interventi necessari, sia in termini organizzativi, logistici, ambientali, che di benessere personale. Le domande vanno dal giudizio sulla qualità e salubrità delle stanze agli aspetti che attengono la valorizzazione professionale.
