VALDICHIANA – Venerdì 20 Maggio, dalle ore 10:00, la Comunità del Cibo della Valdichiana organizza un nuovo webinar online dal titolo: ‘Comunità del Cibo: modello di organizzazione per una comunità sostenibile’ Continuano gli appuntamenti organizzati dalla Comunità del Cibo della Valdichiana con un nuovo webinar in programma per venerdì 20 Maggio a partire dalle ore 10:00 sulle pagine Facebook dell’Associazione dell’Aglione della Valdichiana, del magazine La Valdichiana (anche YouTube) e di Qualità e Sviluppo Rurale.
Il nuovo appuntamento ha come titolo la “Comunità del cibo: modello di organizzazione per una comunità sostenibile” e sarà utile per conoscere un progetto d’area importante per la programmazione e lo sviluppo locale sostenibile. All’incontro interverranno Ginetta Menchetti Presidente della Comunità del Cibo della Valdichiana, Roberto Trabalzini Vicepresidente della Comunità del Cibo della Valdichiana in rappresentanza degli enti locali, Massimo Guasconi Presidente della Camera Commercio Arezzo- Siena, con le relazioni di Rita Turchi della Regione Toscana, con un intervento dal titolo le Comunità del Cibo e della biodiversità di interesse agricolo e alimentare in Toscana, il professor Stefano Biagiotti dell’Università Telematica Pegaso, con le Comunità del Cibo per lo sviluppo sostenibile, Roberta Casini Responsabile del tavolo agricoltura dell’ANCI TOSCANA e Sindaco di Lucignano con un intervento sulle food policy e le Comunità del Cibo. A seguire verranno presentati i risultati del progetto S3T3: Alessia Zuccarello di Valdichiana Media / Qualità e Sviluppo Rurale presenterà il logo, web, social e attività di divulgazione in atto, il dottor Filippo Masina dell’Università degli Studi di Siena / Qualità e Sviluppo Rurale, attività di informazione e ricerca e le conclusioni finali. Modera l’incontro la giornalista Valentina Chiancianesi, all’evento sono invitati anche i docenti e gli studenti dell’IIS ‘Artusi’ di Chianciano Terme, dell’IISS ‘Poliziano’ di Montepulciano, dell’IIS ‘Valdichiana’ di Chiusi-Montepulciano, dell’ISIS ‘Vegni’ delle Capezzine di Cortona, dell’IIS ‘Signorelli’ di Cortona.
Il progetto S3T3, della Comunità del Cibo della Valdichiana, vede la partecipazione di 8 coltivatori, di cui 4 coltivatori custodi, il Dipartimento di Scienze della Vita dell’Università di Siena e Qualità e Sviluppo Rurale e gli obiettivi previsti dal progetto sono l’informazione e la sensibilizzazione della popolazione residente e delle imprese del territorio della nascita dell’Associazione; la conoscenza dei caratteri economici, sociali e commerciali; il rafforzamento dell’indennità territoriale e la divulgazione dei risultati ottenuti con un’efficace comunicazione.
