Successo per la nona edizione dell’evento “In Canto sulle Vie di Francesco” al Convento francescano di Montecasale di Sansepolcro sabato 21 Maggio 2022, tre i cori partecipanti e molti i collaboratori.
“Abbiamo queste bellissime collaborazioni con le Marche, la Toscana, quest’anno abbiamo fatta una nuova tappa a Staffolo (AN), un luogo bellissimo, dove si è verificato un miracolo in cui San Francesco ha fatta uscire l’acqua dalla roccia, quindi son tutti luoghi significativi. Ti tocca il cuore quando vieni in posti come questo, vedere questa magnificenza; sicuramente un bilancio più che positivo – ha dichiarato Francesco Morelli Presidente del Coro di Cannara (PG) e una delle anime della manifestazione – Dal primo appuntamento il 14 maggio a Staffolo all’ultimo il 19 Giugno ad Assisi circa 22 o 23 cori parteciperanno a questa iniziativa anche se non tutti verranno ad Assisi perché qualcuno viene da fuori, altri cori sono impegnati, è un periodo di vacanze, con le ferie”. Tre le tappe nel cammino a Montecasale. Iniziato alle 15,30 dal Piazzale sovrastante il Monastero, ha continuato con una fermata presso Groppa dell’Orso e si è concluso alle 17,30 nel terrazzo del monastero.
Il Coro Città di Piero Domenico Stella di Sansepolcro diretto dai maestri Bruno Sannai e Paolo Fiorucci, i Piccoli Cantori del Millennio di Sansepolcro diretti dal maestro Mirko Alessio Umani e il Chorus Fractae Ebe Igi di Umbertide diretto dal Maestro Paolo Fiorucci hanno presentato un ampio programma con, al Piano, l’Organista della Cattedrale di Sansepolcro Lorenzo Tosi; la manifestazione ha registrati anche i contributi dell’Attore Giancarlo Baglioni che ha interpretati vari passi dei testi del santo e di Michele Foni, in veste di narratore, che ha raccontate nell’ordine la genesi della statua “San Francesco patrono dell’ecologia” di Antonio Berti realizzata nel 1980, l’episodio dei tre ladroni e, sul terrazzo del Monastero la statua in marmo del Santo realizzata da Franco Alessandrini in occasione del Giubileo del 2000.
Una manifestazione composita che si svolge in luoghi significativi del cammino di Francesco che grazie all’impegno e al lavoro dei cori di Sansepolcro è approdato a Montecasale ormai da qualche anno. Quello di Montecasale, nell’edizione in corso, è il terzo dei sette appuntamenti, unico toscano, di un manifesto ampio. “Fratello sole sorella luna”, “Ricco di povertà”, “Laudato sii” ed altri brani contemporanei tratti da film, commedie e produzioni musicali di compositori di varie nazioni hanno attratta l’attenzione del folto pubblico.
I piccoli cantori del millennio hanno eseguita, tra gli altri brani, anche la celebre Forza venite gente. Offerte al pubblico anche varie versioni del Cantico delle creature: il Coro Città di Piero Domenico Stella ha eseguito quello di padre Domenico Stella e il Chorus Fractae Ebe Igi quello di Angelo Branduardi.
Tra i tanti bravi coristi sono spiccate le voci dei solisti, del Coro Città di Piero Domenico Stella, Michela Leonardi, Pasquale Longo e Raffaello Rossi. Il ricco programma musicale si è concluso con i cori uniti che hanno eseguito “É Natale” in riferimento al celebre presepe di Greccio voluto dal Poverello di Assisi, vicenda talmente nota che Giotto, circa 70 anni dopo, quando si impegnò nella realizzazione degli affreschi delle Storie di San Francesco nella Basilica Superiore di Assisi, la inserì come tredicesima scena della serie. Nell’affresco si notano dei frati che cantano inni. Allo stesso modo a Montecasale le voci si sono levate per inneggiare al Natale e, soprattutto, al presepe che Francesco annovera tra i messaggi universali di pace che hanno avuto un grande seguito e, oggi, si ripetono in tutti i paesi, immutati nei secoli.
L’organizzazione dell’evento è già al lavoro per la costruzione della edizione del 2023 e sembra che la tappa di Montecasale verrà mantenuta. Al termine della manifestazione Francesca Maria Saracchini, responsabile regionale dell’evento ha consegnati dplomi di partecipazione alle tre formazioni con, stampata su pergamena, la frase “Con i cori tra la natura sui passi di San Francesco”, slogan che bene sintetizza un evento dal significato potente che offre infinite prospettive e sviluppi.
