Con rinnovato entusiasmo che questo fine settimana ospiteremo nuovamente a Bagno di Romagna l’Anteprima del Festival Internazionale del Cibo di Strada. A partire dalle ore 19.00 di venerdì 27 maggio e per tutto il fine settimana in Piazza Ricasoli saranno presenti 7 delegazioni italiane e straniere, che ci allieteranno con le proprie prelibatezzeenogastronomiche, in un clima animato da musica e spettacoli, all’insegna della cultura dello street food.
Dopo il successo delle precedenti edizioni (la prima realizzata nel 2016), per la quarta volta il Festival
Internazionale del Cibo di strada torna con la sua anteprima nel nostro borgo termale, che è sempre
stato protagonista nella più grande manifestazione di Cesena con i tortelli alla lastra, il castagnaccio, la
focaccia bagnese e altre prelibatezze preparate dall’Associazione “Bellappennino Savio-Tevere”. Una collaborazione che lega fattivamente l’Amministrazione comunale con gli organizzatori del famoso
Festival di Cesena, Confesercenti Cesenate, Slow Food Cesena ed Eventi in Itinere e con la
collaborazione dell’Associazione Bellappennino, che hanno ideato un evento diventato poi l’origine
della «moda» che si è scatenata in tutta Italia e anche all’estero per questo tipo di gastronomia. A Bagno di Romagna saranno presenti 7 delegazioni: Abruzzo, Bellappennino, Campania (dolci),
Palermo, Puglia (Murgia), Messico, Tailandia. Dopo i 2 anni “dannati” di chiusure e sospensioni, siamo entusiasti di ospitare nuovamente l’anteprima del Festival del Cibo di Strada nel nostro borgo termale. L’organizzazione di questo importante evento, infatti, oltre a stimolare un buon avvio della stagione estiva e ricettiva, ha anche il valore di infondereottimismo e buon auspicio a tutti noi ed ai nostri turisti, ai quail vogliamo offrire un’occasione per ritrovare la socialità ed il contatto con la natura degli spazi aperti e incontaminati. In questo caso, il buon cibo delle delegazioni presenti, l’animazione, le terme e il turismo slow in naturasono ottimi ingredienti per animare e allietare quella socialità e quell’accoglienza che a Bagno di Romagna si respirano in ogni luogo.
