L’assessore regionale alla Sanità presente alla direzione allargata dell’Azienda sanitaria“Esprimo un grande ringraziamento a tutti gli operatori della Asl sud est e apprezzamento per il lavoro straordinario di questi anni, testimoniato dal fatto che questa azienda ha realizzato performance che spesso si collocano sopra la media regionale e nazionale”.
Apre così l’assessore regionale Simone Bezzini il suo intervento conclusivo in occasione della direzione allargata dell’Asl Toscana sud est di ieri venerdì 27. L’appuntamento, ospitato nell’aula magna dell’Università per Stranieri di Siena, ha visto tanti dirigenti dell’azienda sanitaria territoriale di Arezzo, Grosseto e Siena fare il punto e delineare le strategie del futuro. “La fase che stiamo attraversando – aggiunge l’assessore – ci pone di fronte a sfide nuove: gestione del Covid come elemento strutturale, abbattimento delle liste d’attesa, in particolare chirurgiche, Pnrr, art. 20 e altre risorse da spendere bene e rapidamente per strutture, attrezzature e tecnologie, riorganizzazione emergenza-urgenza e continuità assistenziale, ma anche il Dm 71, al centro di questa legislatura, per un nuovo modello di assistenza territoriale, sanità di iniziativa, multidisciplinarietà, multiprofessionalità”. “Per fare tutto questo – prosegue Bezzini – è necessario costruire un nuovo equilibrio tra qualità-quantità dei servizi e sostenibilità finanziaria del sistema, attraverso il confronto costante sia interno che esterno all’azienda, il coinvolgimento e la partecipazione. Le criticità vanno affrontate sia con una battaglia politica nazionale per rimborsi Covid, caro energia e copertura spese per nuova sanità territoriale, considerando che la Regione ha fatto la sua parte con oltre 400 milioni in due anni, sia con una forte proattività del sistema. Non possiamo limitarci a chiedere e le aziende devono fare la loro parte. Rigore e ottimizzazione nell’uso delle risorse, innovazione finalizzata al recupero della produttività e processi di efficientamento sono elementi su cui fare leva. Vincere la sfida della sostenibilità significa tutelare e rilanciare il servizio sanitario pubblico e universalistico, rendendolo più forte”. In apertura della direzione allargata, i vertici dell’Asl Toscana sud est, prima di mettersi a confronto con i professionisti dell’Azienda, hanno tracciato le direttive lungo cui si muoverà l’azienda nei prossimi quattro anni. il direttore generale Antonio D’Urso ha indicato tre priorità: sostenibilità, innovazione e rigenerazione del sistema. A questi principi base, necessari per riequilibrare i conti fortemente stressati dall’emergenza Covid, il Direttore generale ha aggiunto tre progetti speciali per proiettare l’Asl nel futuro: l’efficientamento energetico, il bilancio di sostenibilità e lo sviluppo della transizione digitale. “Come in ogni buona famiglia, dobbiamo governare situazioni complesse che richiedono investimenti di risorse ma anche attenzione nei confronti delle stesse – sottolinea il direttore D’Urso -. Tutto quello che faremo, e vista la vastità del nostro territorio non sarà semplice, sarà compiuto per portare l’Asl sempre più vicina ai cittadini”. Il direttore sanitario Simona Dei, riprendendo l’impegno enunciato dal Direttore generale sulla transizione digitale, ha ricordato i risultati ottenuti dall’Asl Toscana sud est nelle televisite e nei teleconsulti. Per potenziare al massimo la telemedicina, necessaria vista la vastità delle tre province dell’Azienda, l’obiettivo è quello di realizzare una piattaforma unica. Il Direttore sanitario nel suo intervento ha sottolineato anche i dati sui vaccini anti Covid-19. L’Asl Toscana sud est ha percentuali migliori del dato regionale, sia per quanto riguarda le terze dosi sia per le quarte fatte dagli over 80. A chiusura degli interventi della Direzione aziendale, il direttore amministrativo Francesco Ghelardi ha ribadito l’importanza della lotta agli sprechi, anche minimi, per recuperare risorse da destinare ai servizi per i cittadini. Per fare questo, ha indicato come strumenti anche l’aumento del car sharing e l’ottimizzazione degli spostamenti del personale, da ottenere grazie anche a strumenti digitali come le videoconferenze.
