Bagno di Romagna – Si è tenuta l’Assemblea delle Terme Sant’Agnese, con 2 temi all’ordine del giorno:
l’approvazione del bilancio d’esercizio 2021 e la nomina del Consiglio di Amministrazione in scadenza di mandato. Per quanto riguarda il bilancio 2021, questo si chiude con un risultato positivo, sintetizzato nell’utile finale di € 440.000 che, seppur “aiutato” dal bonus terme e vacanze, rappresenta un risultato unico per la società.
Un risultato ancor più di rilievo se si considerano gli investimenti effettuati per il rinnovamento della struttura e gli ammortamenti che gravano sulla disponibilità finale. Nel corso del 2021, infatti, sono stati sostenuti investimenti per circa € 250.000, che hanno riguardato il rinnovamento del reparto di fisioterapia, l’ampliamento della piscina termale interna, che completano un progetto di rinnovamento di tutte le aree termali e benessere avviato nel
- Inoltre, è stato avviata la riqualificazione delle camere, con il rinnovamento di un primo lotto di 7 camere. A completare gli investimenti l’acquisto di software gestionali, che hanno consentito una razionalizzazione dei costi e lo sviluppo di offerte commerciali sempre aggiornate, nonché la promozione di campagne pubblicitarie per dare visibilità ai prodotti e servizi offerti dall’azienda.
Utile ed investimenti nonostante il piano di ammortamento che pesa per € 450.000 all’anno, rappresentato da mutui aperti in tempi non recenti per acquistare cespiti immobiliari tutt’ora non produttivi. Si tratta un’attività soddisfacente ed i numeri lo confermano in modo evidente.
Al riguardo, ritengo doveroso complimentarmi con il Consiglio di Amministrazione e con tutti i dipendenti, che insieme hanno saputo valorizzare al meglio quest’azienda, che opera proprio in un settore tra i più colpiti dalle emergenze in corso. I risultati ottenuti non devono essere considerati un traguardo, ma un obiettivo costante, che impone di continuare a gestire la società con la stessa attenzione, impegno, serietà e competenza che il Consiglio di Amministrazione ha saputo tradurre in numeri. E’ sulla base di queste risultanze che ho confermato i tre membri del Consiglio di Amministrazione, ai quali ho ribadito alcuni obiettivi prioritari, quali un monitoraggio costante del bilancio ed una scrupolosa attenzione ai costi ed alle efficienze gestionali dell’azienda, investimenti di rinnovamento e promozione, ricerca delle risorse del PNRR ed una buona programmazione nella gestione del personale. Sono stati quindi confermati per i prossimi 3 anni i membri del CdA: Enrico Camillini, nella veste di Presidente con un compenso annuo di € 10.000, Alessia Rossi in qualità di consigliere con un compenso annuo di € 3.000, Alfredo Piccoli in veste di Amministratore delegato con un compenso annuo di € 30.000.
