Si è tenuta oggi l’assemblea degli azionisti di Aisa Impianti Spa in cui sono stati deliberati importanti atti che vanno nella direzione della risoluzione dei contenziosi tra le aziende Aisa Impianti, Siena Ambiente e Sei Toscana. L’assemblea infatti ha deliberato di porre la parola fine alla possibilità che nel comune di Arezzo possa essere realizzato il grande termovalorizzatore previsto dalla gara di Ambito e la contestuale perdita dell’impianto pubblico.

Al vaglio dell’Assemblea anche l’adeguamento futuro dell’attuale linea da 45 mila tonnellate unitamente al potenziamento del biodigestore che grazie all’energia prodotta potrebbe consentire una importante produzione di biometano oltre quella già prevista. Su questo punto l’Assessore Sacchetti del Comune capoluogo e maggiore azionista di Aisa Impianti Spa ha dato preciso mandato all’Azienda di studiare le modalità per distribuire anche agli altri comuni i vantaggi derivanti dalle nuove risorse che Zero Spreco potrà fornire al territorio  e favorire anche l’allargamento, a livello provinciale , della compagine pubblica. In termini pratici e a impianti ultimati Zero Spreco potrà rifornire circa 5 distributori di biometano, illuminare tra i 60 e i 70 mila cittadini e soprattutto cedere energia termica per riscaldare circa 230 mila metri quadrati di attività industriali e commerciali. Siamo particolarmente attenti all’evoluzione dei mercati e delle nuove tecnologie per l’abbattimento delle emissioni, oltre che al teleriscaldamento – dice il presidente di Aisa Impianti Giacomo Cherici – E’ in atto una rivoluzione tecnologica, economica e sociale che non lascia più spazio a incertezze dove possa essere generata energia da fonti rinnovabili, compresi gli scarti dei rifiuti urbani e delle raccolte differenziate. L’ammodernamento della linea da 45 mila tonnellate consentirà, già nel breve termine, di risparmiare 2,5 milioni di euro necessari altrimenti alla sua demolizione.  Zero Spreco si sta preparando ad essere la centrale di produzione di energia da fonti rinnovabili a servizio del distretto produttivo di San Zeno. Non dimentichiamo che quest’azienda ha un impianto strategico che è un modello unico nel centro sud Italia per le sinergie economiche derivanti da più reparti comunicanti fra loro” I Soci hanno potuto prendere visione della crescita del patrimonio aziendale che è passato da 11 milioni di euro nel 2013 agli attuali 43 milioni di euro, con previsione di aumento dei ricavi del 60% al 2024 quando sarà attivata la nuova linea da 75 mila tonnellate. I soci hanno potuto anche prendere visione del fatto che il costo aziendale a carico di tutti i comuni è calato di 1 milione di euro in un anno, anche grazie al fatto che l’Azienda non acquista energia dall’esterno.

Favorevoli i Comuni di Arezzo, Cortona, Castiglion Fiorentino, Castiglion Fibocchi, Capolona. Astenuti i Comuni di Foiano e Monte San Savino. Contrari Civitella, Marciano e Lucignano.
