“Il nostro principio è quello di essere sempre, comunque in difesa dei lavoratori e delle lavoratrici dei siti brindisini di DAR e DEMA che non percepiscono la retribuzione. Un comportamento anomalo che vede l’azienda prendere unilateralmente una decisione insensata. A tal proposito siamo forti sostenitori nel condividere le iniziative di sciopero proclamate dalle RSU dei due siti e di tutte le iniziative pacifiche e democratiche che si possano attuare affinché si sblocchi tale vicenda”
E’ quanto si apprende dalla Segreteria Nazionale dell’Ugl Metalmeccanici. “Un atteggiamento scorretto dei vertici aziendali che mette in atto azioni divisorie nei confronti dei dipendenti del gruppo. Per l’Ugl non si giustifica il perché è stato corrisposto lo stipendio a tutti i lavoratori escludendo solo gli addetti di Brindisi: a tal proposito si chiede l’intervento immediato e riparatorio dei dirigenti aziendali nel rivedere la loro condotta. Se così non fosse – prosegue la nota Ugl – l’o.s. è pronta a ricorrere alle vie legali a tutela dei dipendenti in tutte le sedi opportune. L’Ugl è disponibile immediatamente ad un confronto con l’azienda, considerando che, dapprima con un comunicato aziendale si annunciava l’erogazione di un acconto previsto per la data del 10 giugno e, in un successivo incontro avvenuto con la RSU di DAR in data 9 giugno 2022, non si faceva riferimento a problemi di erogazioni dello stipendio. La soluzione pacifica e immediata è senza alcun dubbio il rispetto tra le parti e il ripristino delle corrette relazioni sindacali, ridefinendo il punto della situazione e soprattutto conoscere la data certa dell’erogazione dello stipendio. Come già annunciato unitariamente tra le Oo.Ss., ribadiamo la convocazione per giovedì 16 giugno 2022 di un attivo unitario al quale sono stati invitati tutti coloro che coprono ruoli e livelli politici istituzionali del territorio e si andranno a valutare eventuali altre iniziative di lotta, in mancanza di quanto dall’Ugl Metalmeccanici denunciato”.
