Milano, Approvato dal Comitato direttivo centrale il bando che stanzia 300mila europer interventi di “approvvigionamento acqua e contenimento consumi idrici nei rifugi del Cai” Incrementare la resilienza dei rifugi del Cai in relazione alla generale contrazione delle riserve idriche in quota, attuare misure concrete ed efficaci nel breve e medio periodo in risposta al cambiamento climatico, garantire il presidio territoriale e la ricettività montana sul territorio nazionale
Sono queste le finalità del “Bando approvvigionamento acqua e contenimento consumi idrici nei rifugi del Cai”, approvato dal Comitato direttivo centrale del Club alpino italiano. Il bando, rivolto alle Sezioni del Cai proprietarie di rifugi (categorie B, C, D, E) non allacciati al pubblico acquedotto, copre l’80% delle spese sostenute e documentate dal primo gennaio al 31 ottobre 2022 per interventi riguardanti la manutenzione sia ordinaria che straordinaria dei sistemi di approvvigionamento idrico, accumulo idrico, riduzione dei consumi idrici. L’importo stanziato dal Comitato direttivo centrale ammonta a 300mila euro, con un contributo massimo di 10mila euro a rifugio e 50mila euro a Sezione.
«Siamo di fronte a una situazione climatica ormai diventata strutturale, e non più eccezionale. Con questo bando intendiamo supportare le nostre Sezioni e i rifugisti per evitare il più possibile il rischio di chiusure anticipate causate dalla scarsità idrica, pensando anche agli anni a venire», afferma il Presidente generale del Cai Antonio Montani. «I nostri rifugi devono poter continuare a svolgere la propria funzione di presidio della montagna, senza dimenticare il ruolo che rivestono sul tema sicurezza: i rifugisti danno abitualmente consigli sulle condizioni di sentieri e vie di salite e sulla situazione meteorologica, e i rifugi in molti casi fungono da base per eventuali operazioni di soccorso. Il nostro bando vuole inoltre sostenere chi ha scelto di lavorare sulle Terre alte con iniziative imprenditoriali caratterizzate da una forte motivazione alla vita in montagna, nel rispetto della sua natura, della sua storia e della sua cultura».
In particolare possono essere finanziate le spese relative all’acquisto, realizzazione e manutenzione di cisterne di accumulo e rilancio idrico, la realizzazione e manutenzione di captazioni idriche, l’acquisto di componentistica connessa alle reti di adduzione idrica e alla riduzione dei consumi idrici nei rifugi. Non mancano i costi di posa, installazione e trasporto delle opere e delle forniture sopracitate e le spese tecniche fino all’8% del totale.
Le richieste vanno presentate entro il 31 ottobre 2022.
