AREZZO – PER L’ATTUAZIONE DELLE PROGETTUALITA’ DEL PNRR Alla presenza di sua Eccellenza il Prefetto, la Presidente della Provincia di Arezzo promuove un patto con i Sindaci del territorio con l’obiettivo di creare forme di collaborazione per superare, attraverso la solidarietà territoriale, la carenza di personale, di competenze tecniche e digitali, per attuare le progettualità del PNRR
Silvia Chiassai Martini, Presidente della Provincia di Arezzo, dichiara : “Il Protocollo d’intesa, firmato questa mattina tra la Provincia di Arezzo ed i Comuni del territorio, ha come finalità l’attuazione delle progettualità del Piano nazionale di ripresa e resilienza e degli altri interventi ad essi collegati. Desidero pubblicamente ringraziare il Prefetto di Arezzo Maddalena De Luca che ha suggellato i rapporti di collaborazione con le Amministrazioni dello Stato. Attraverso questo accordo vengono fissate le basi per un fattivo supporto alle Amministrazioni pubbliche locali, per disciplinare lo svolgimento di attività di interesse comune, un approccio metodologico snello, elastico, coordinato e sistemico che consente anche ai Comuni di minore dimensione, di beneficiare di conoscenze e competenze ormai indispensabili nella attività di una pubblica amministrazione moderna e veloce, fondamentali nel percorso di innovazione di cui la PA è stata di recente e per necessità investita. Il protocollo prevede la collaborazione anche per i temi legati alla digitalizzazione, formazione professionale, la stazione unica appaltante. Inoltre vi sarà la possibilità di costituire nella nostra provincia, comunità energetiche rinnovabili, un modo concreto per essere protagonisti della transizione ecologica che, oggi come non mai, è una priorità per il nostro Paese. I beneficiari di questa rivoluzione Green saranno le amministrazioni, il cittadino e il mondo delle imprese: potranno scegliere di essere produttori e consumatori di energia rinnovabile, permettendo il contenimento dei costi dell’energia che stanno incidendo fortemente da mesi. Infine, per giungere ad una vera riforma della pubblica Amministrazione, è necessario ridurre gli oneri burocratici e rimuovere i vincoli che hanno rallentato l’attrazione degli investimenti e ridotto la produttività, affinché il cittadino possa ricevere servizi di qualità, digitali, veloci e omogenei su tutto il territorio”
