interrogazione della capogruppo, “Lista Civica Luca Secondi sindaco”, Rosanna Sabba. “Premesso che la recente ed ancora contingente fase pandemica ha evidenziato, semmai ce ne fosse stato bisogno, come la salute sia uno dei diritti preminenti nella società; che la salute non è un prodotto di mercato e quindi non può trovare risposte sulla base del profilo della mera gestione economica, bensì sulla qualità dell’offerta e nella sua universalità; che il nostro territorio ha un presidio ospedaliero di primo livello DEA che posto in una zona di confine regionale può e deve diventare un vettore di attrazione di molte altre realtà territoriali e quindi necessita di una elevata professionalizzazione anche degli operatori sanitari stessi; che l’offerta della medicina territoriale è elemento strutturale ed imprescindibile per una diffusa azione capillare di prevenzione, cura e gestione armonica delle necessità di una comunità. Considerato che – si legge ancora nel documento presentato da Sabba – attualmente il livello delle liste di attesa relative alla diagnostica ha raggiunto una dimensione non più accettabile; che per i programmi attivi di screening, quali screening mammografico, i tempi di comunicazione degli esiti sono passati dai 15 gg nel 2018, 25 gg nel 2019, a ben oltre 2 mesi nel 2022, facendo perdere fiducia e interesse agli utenti che nella sfera privata sanno di avere una risposta istantanea; che stessa dimensione esorbitante si riscontra per quanto riguarda le necessità di interventi chirurgici di vari livelli e tipologie; che anche settori importanti della medicina territoriale meriterebbero un miglioramento del servizio, vedi medicina dello sport; che nel campo della medicina territoriale alcune professionalità dovrebbero integrare l’attuale offerta, come ad esempio l’attivazione nel DEA dello psicomotricista in ambito infantile”. “Per quanto sopra evidenziato – prosegue la capogruppo della “Lista Civica Luca Secondi sindaco” – si chiede di acquisire informazioni su, “come intende attivarsi, la direzione sanitaria, per recuperare le liste di attesa sia in ambito diagnostico che ospedaliero chirurgico nonché se e come intende razionalizzare le attività di screening; quali programmi sono in atto per potenziare il presidio ospedaliero tifernate nella gestione sia delle necessità della nostra comunità che nella gestione del personale che vi opera; quali prospettive ci sono per un recupero della piena funzionalità della medicina dello sport; se è intendimento di tale Usl 1 chiedere alla Regione Umbria l’attivazione di figure specifiche per il trattamento di determinate patologie, in primis la figura dello psicomotricista in ambito infantile.”
