Comune di Città di Castello – in apertura il conferimento della cittadinanza onoraria a Vincenzo Mollica, poi si parlerà di cultura ed eventi, viabilità, patrimonio comunale, sociale, urbanistica, sport e ambiente.
Il consiglio comunale è stato convocato dal presidente Luciano Bacchetta per lunedì 11 luglio, alle ore 18.00, nella residenza municipale di piazza Gabriotti. Il primo punto all’ordine del giorno sarà il conferimento della cittadinanza onoraria di Città Di Castello a Vincenzo Mollica, con la relazione del sindaco Luca Secondi. Seguirà una serie di interrogazioni che riguarderanno i bandi del settore Cultura (proposta dalla consigliera di Castello Cambia Emanuela Arcaleni con risposta dell’assessore competente Michela Botteghi); la strada che mette in comunicazione via Madonna della Speranza con via dell’Emigrante (presentata dalla consigliera dei Civici X Città di Castello Luciana Bassini, alla quale replicherà l’assessore alla Viabilità Rodolfo Braccalenti); “Estate in Citta’” (proposta dai consiglieri della Lista Civica Marinelli Sindaco Roberto Marinelli e Tommaso Campagni con l’intervento in aula dell’assessore al Commercio e al Turismo Letizia Guerri); il decadimento delle finiture di piazza delle Tabacchine (presentata dal consigliere della Lega Valerio Mancini con risposta dell’assessore ai Lavori Pubblici Riccardo Carletti); l’utilizzo ai fini sociali dei percettori del reddito di cittadinanza (proposta dal consigliere di Castello Civica Andrea Lignani Marchesani con replica dell’assessore alle Politiche Sociali Benedetta Calagreti). L’assemblea sarà quindi chiamata a dibattere e votare l’ordine del giorno del consigliere Gionata Gatticchi (Pd) sull’attuazione del progetto del reddito alimentare, prima di concludere con l’esame di ulteriori interrogazioni e interpellanze che avranno per argomento: la destinazione dello spazio “Playground” presso l’istituto scolastico Cavallotti (presentata dalla consigliera di Castello Cambia Emanuela Arcaleni con risposta dell’assessore allo Sport Riccardo Carletti); la mancanza di contenitori per rifiuti lungo la E45 nel tratto che attraversa il comune di Città di Castello (presentata dal consigliere della Lega Valerio Mancini con risposta dell’assessore all’Ambiente Mauro Mariangeli); la rotatoria tra via Alfonsine e via Pieve Delle Rose (proposta dai consiglieri della Lista Civica Marinelli Sindaco Roberto Marinelli e Tommaso Campagni con la replica dell’assessore ai Lavori Pubblici Riccardo Carletti); la digitalizzazione del Piano Regolatore Generale (presentata dalla consigliera dei Civici X Città di Castello Luciana Bassini, alla quale replicherà il vice sindaco con delega all’Urbanistica Giuseppe Stefano Bernicchi); l’accesso al centro storico attraverso varchi elettronici (proposta dal consigliere di Castello Civica Andrea Lignani Marchesani con replica dell’assessore alla Viabilità Rodolfo Braccalenti); la pericolosità dell’incrocio in via Etruria a Trestina (presentata dai consiglieri del Pd Federico Bevignani e Roberto Brunelli con risposta dell’assessore alla Viabilità Rodolfo Braccalenti). La seduta potrà essere seguita in diretta streaming attraverso il canale ufficiale YouTube del Comune di Città di Castello.
