Firenze I giovani creativi si metteranno alla prova progettando nuovi servizi sociali con le associazioni selezionate per partecipare a questa nuova edizione del bando: ToscanABILE, Lega Italiana Fibrosi Cistica Toscana, La bellezza collaterale, Le Curandaie, ASeS agricoltori solidarietà e sviluppo
Al via la call rivolta ai giovani under 35 per affiancare cinque organizzazioni non profit che intendono progettare nuovi servizi sociali innovativi e strategici. Dopo aver raccolto le candidature del Terzo Settore, Fondazione CR Firenze cerca 15 creativi di diverse discipline che andranno ad affiancare le realtà selezionate per la quarta edizione di Social Innovation Jam. Le organizzazioni sono ToscanABILE (Arezzo) associazione nata per valorizzare e potenziare le abilità di persone con disabilità; Lega Italiana Fibrosi Cistica Toscana (Firenze) che dà assistenza a famiglie colpite dalla fibrosi cistica; La bellezza collaterale A.p.s (Firenze) che incoraggia la creatività di ragazzi e ragazze con disabilità cognitive; Le Curandaie APS (Firenze) che realizza iniziative per donne e famiglie in difficoltà; ASeS agricoltori solidarietà e sviluppo (Firenze) che si occupa di agricoltura sociale. Le sfide per i 15 giovani under 35 che saranno selezionati sono già pronte: come promuovere e mettere sul commercio dei pacchetti turistici inclusivi nella città di Arezzo? Quali strategie attivare per favorire relazioni di mutuo aiuto tra persone con fibrosi cistica? Come realizzare dei laboratori progettati e gestiti da giovani creativi con disabilità nelle scuole primarie del territorio fiorentino? Quali strategie attivare per dare maggiore visibilità all’associazione Le Curandaie? Come sviluppare un riconoscimento etico e sociale per la rete delle aziende che si occupano di agricoltura sociale? Grazie a Social Innovation Jam i giovani partecipanti potranno sviluppare e rafforzare competenze progettuali, comunicative e di raccolta fondi a partire dai casi pratici, grazie alla collaborazione con Impact Hub Firenze e Feel Crowd. Si cercano profili di persone motivate e creative che possono essere progettisti, comunicatori, grafici, designer, video maker, esperti di social media, scrittori e altro. C’è tempo fino al 22 settembre per candidarsi. “La Fondazione CR Firenze crede nella reciproca contaminazione tra il mondo del Terzo settore e le nuove generazioni per rispondere a bisogni collettivi e diffusi e attraverso modalità e strumenti nuovi – spiega Gabriele Gori, Direttore Generale di Fondazione CR Firenze -. Le sfide in questo periodo storico non mancano e Social Innovation Jam offre un’occasione preziosa per accoglierle e dare voce alle idee e alle energie di giovani creativi capaci di lavorare insieme alle realtà non profit del territorio.”. Il percorso prevede che ogni associazione selezionata sia affiancata da tre under 35 per l’elaborazione di un nuovo servizio. Tutti i partecipanti riceveranno una membership della durata di 3 mesi per usufruire gratuitamente degli spazi e servizi di Impact Hub Firenze con consulenze formative personalizzate. Sono previste 5 giornate di co-progettazione con le associazioni selezionate per lo sviluppo del progetto e il percorso si concluderà con un evento finale di presentazione dei risultati (in programma il 23 novembre) in cui verrà selezionato il miglior progetto, che potrà continuare il percorso di sviluppo della campagna di crowdfunding. I tre giovani coinvolti nel progetto avranno l’opportunità di vedere concretizzata la propria proposta e vincere un buono premio a supporto della propria attività lavorativa del valore economico di mille euro.
