AREZZO – È stato l’assessore Alessandro Casi a illustrare le modifiche al piano triennale delle opere pubbliche, partendo dalle nuove previsioni per l’annualità 2022 che riguardano gli impianti di condizionamento al Teatro Petrarca, a seguito di un finanziamento ottenuto grazie alla partecipazione a un bando ministeriale (185.000 euro), la ristrutturazione del secondo piano della scuola elementare di Sant’Agnese in via Pellicceria intervento ha sottolineato l’assessore che completa così il ripristino
dell’immobile, dopo la recente ultimazione dei lavori di manutenzione dei piani terra e primo (450.000 euro), la realizzazione della palestra a servizio della scuola Piero della Francesca che va a colmare a una lacuna storica di questo plesso, dove mancava una struttura del genere (1.070.000 euro) e il ripristino del manto di impermeabilizzazione e asfalto del parcheggio di via XXV Aprile (280.000 euro).
Sono inoltre previste prosegue Casi modifiche alle fonti di finanziamento di alcune opere: a seguito della risposta del ministero dellinterno che abbiamo sollecitato in merito al Bando rigenerazione urbana, le risorse derivanti dal Pnrr potranno essere impiegate in maniera più elastica rispetto alle annualità del crono-programma. Così, quanto l’amministrazione aveva anticipato per cominciare alcuni lavori ritorna nellavanzo di bilancio e per gli stessi utilizzeremo risorse ministeriali. Ancora fondi statali, come conseguenza dellaumento dei prezzi, vanno a integrare la spesa per il nuovo collettore di raccolta della acque a Castelsecco, investimento complessivo da 2.900.000 euro nel 2022. Il secondo stralcio del collettore pari a 450.000 euro sarà nel 2024. Abbiamo poi posticipato alcuni interventi dal 2022 al 2023, questo per dare priorità al Pnrr la cui fase progettuale conoscerà in questi mesi la svolta decisiva. Cito tra gli altri la realizzazione della scuola media Cesalpino: liter del bando ministeriale, infatti, si concluderà a fine anno e dunque entro dicembre non avremmo potuto appaltarla.
Lannualità 2023 prevede anche nuovi inserimenti: la ristrutturazione della ex caserma Piave da adibire a stazione di posta (1.090.000 euro) e ad Housing First (710.000 euro): due progetti importanti rileva Casi che danno una duplice risposta: recupero del patrimonio comunale, valenza sociale a beneficio di chi si trova in condizione di grave disagio abitativo. Queste persone riceveranno dai servizi sociali territoriali lopportunità di entrare in appartamenti autonomi, godendo dellaccompagnamento di equipe di operatori che ne favoriranno l’inclusione. E ancora: il consolidamento delle mura di Castelsecco (175.000 euro), che va a riqualificare uno spazio importante per la storia cittadina e la promozione turistica e nuovi locali da adibire a mensa scolastica alla scuola Piero della Francesca (493.000 euro).
Dopo le critiche delle opposizioni sulle debolezze del piano, dalle frazioni agli impianti sportivi che sono stati lasciati fuori, dalla mancanza di certezze su alcune fonti di finanziamento alla scarsa coerenza per le continue variazioni che si susseguono quasi a ogni seduta, la delibera ha ottenuto 19 voti favorevoli e 8 contrari.
