“Le aziende metalmeccaniche, e non solo, oggi fanno i conti insostenibili con bollette salate, fino a cinque volte superiori e quelle di un anno fa. Con i soli aumenti di luglio, le imprese sono alla canna del gas e l’Italia rischia di assistere ad un esodo delle produzioni, con tutte le conseguenze occupazionali devastanti che potrebbe comportare”.
Il grido di allarme è del Segretario Nazionale Ugl Metalmeccanici, Antonio Spera. “L’Ugl Metalmeccanici chiede interventi urgenti, altrimenti in autunno molte imprese potrebbero chiudere i battenti. Un’ondata di chiusure e cassintegrazione già imperversa nel tessuto industriale italiano”.
Spiega il sindacalista che “le industrie italiane con commesse di lunga durata si trovano in situazioni di svantaggio competitivo rispetto ad aziende anche europee il cui Stato abbia adottato misure di sostegno più incisive. Tante sono ricorse alla Cigs (Cassa integrazione straordinaria) per crisi aziendale, a causa di risoluzioni contrattuali unilaterali da parte di alcuni fornitori di energia elettrica e gas per eccessiva onerosità sopravvenuta. Il mantenimento dei contratti in essere comporta aumenti di prezzo tali da provocare, per le imprese, costi extra, insostenibili. Agli imprenditori resta solo l’opzione di riprogrammare le produzioni in funzione delle quotazioni più convenienti delle commodities energetiche. Nel frattempo, allungano le ferie, sospendono la produzione per qualche giorno, attivano strumenti di ammortizzazione per mettere in sicurezza il reddito dei lavoratori, sospendono gli investimenti. Senza un cambio di passo nei prossimi mesi, oltre a favorire ulteriormente i competitor con prodotti costruiti a basso prezzo, le nostre industrie saranno costrette a delocalizzare. Da ciò se ne può uscire, prima di tutto, con un intervento del Governo Italiano che fissi un prezzo corretto delle bollette energetiche per le aziende e per le famiglie, che, come dimostrano anche i dati odierni, faticano a difendersi da sole dai morsi dell’inflazione. Il Governo deve intervenire subito per evitare il collasso industriale e, in particolare, quello del settore dell’Automotive, già in crisi a causa delle scarsità delle materie prime, riflesso della pandemia, se vuole evitare un’ulteriore ondata, più profonda, di desertificazione industriale”, conclude Spera.
