Approvato l’attacco nucleare preventivo. Il leader Kim Jong-un: mai più colloqui sulla denuclearizzazione. Il governo della Corea del Nord ha approvato una nuova legge che consente allo Stato di effettuare un attacco nucleare preventivo su un paese che si ritiene rappresenti una minaccia imminente per Pyongyang.
La legge consente inoltre alla Corea del Nord di colpire automaticamente un avversario che attacchi per primo. Con la norma la Corea ha anche stabilito per legge il suo status di potenza nucleare. «Se il sistema di comando e controllo della forza nucleare nazionale rischia di essere attaccato da forze ostili, verrà effettuato automaticamente e immediatamente un attacco nucleare», è scritto nella legge approvata, secondo quanto riportato dalla KCNA Subito dopo, durante un intervento all’Assemblea Nazionale Suprema, l’organo legislativo del paese il leader Kim Jong-un ha detto che il suo Paese «non rinuncerà mai alle armi nucleari. Né cederà alle sanzioni imposte dalla comunità internazionale per il suo sviluppo bellico». E ancora: «con la nuova legge lo status del nostro Paese come Stato nucleare è diventato irreversibile», ha aggiunto Kim. Che ha poi chiuso ad ulteriori colloqui sulla denuclearizzazione: «Il possesso di armi nucleari è un nostro diritto legittimo e inalienabile. Non abbiamo in programma di rifiutare le armi nucleari. La nuova legge rende impossibili i colloqui sulla denuclearizzazione». Allo stesso tempo la Corea del Nord si impegna a non cedere armi e tecnologie nucleari ad altri paesi. Lo stabilisce la nuova legge adottata.
