Siamo riusciti ad avviare nuovamente il percorso realizzativo del progetto di riqualificazione della
Palestra scolastica comunale di San Piero. Abbiamo approvato due atti propedeutici e necessari per l’avvio della gara d’appalto, con l’obiettivo di consegnare il cantiere alla ditta aggiudicatrice entro la fine dell’anno per procedere alla realizzazione della nuova struttura entro il 2023
In primo luogo, nella seduta del Consiglio di ieri sera abbiamo approvato una variazione di bilancio con la quale abbiamo stanziato ulteriori € 85.000,00 necessari per adeguare il quadro economico ai nuovi preziari regionali. Uno dei problemi più significativi che ci troviamo a dover gestire, infatti, è quello dell’aumento dei prezzi dellematerie prime, che sta stravolgendo tutti i quadri economici dei cantieri pubblici. Considerate che ad oggi è stato necessario rivedere più volte tutti i quadri economici dei cantieri in corso, al fine di consentire una regolareprosecuzione degli stessi, evitando sospensioni o interruzioni dei lavori. Si tratta di cifre rilevanti, che stanno richiedendo una revisione continua degli stanziamenti di bilancio. Per darci qualche esempio, ad oggi per il cantiere della Scuola Media sono stati stanziati ulteriori € 248.000, per Via Garibaldi € 80.000, per le sede comunale € 118.000 e per il macello comunale € 233.000. Somme che abbiamo recuperato in forza di scelte importanti, che impongono di assegnare priorità di intervento e revisioni della programmazione dei nostri obiettivi. In questo quadro, quello della palestra è il nostro secondo obiettivo di mandato amministrativo e ad esso abbiamo assegnato una priorità massima. Al fine di dare coerenza a questa impostazione di lavoro, abbiamo stanziato la somma necessaria di € 85.000 recuperandola dallo stanziamento precedentemente assegnato al
progetto di riqualificazione del macello comunale, che peraltro è ancora in fase di definizione e che abbiamo programmato di finanziare con il prossimo bilancio previsionale, rimandandolo sostanzialmente di 6 mesi. Immediatamente dopo la delibera di Consiglio, poi, abbiamo tenuto una riunione straordinaria della Giunta Comunale in occasione della quale abbiamo approvato il nuovo progetto esecutivo. A questo punto, tutto il materiale viene preso in carico dalla Stazione Unica Appaltante dell’Unione Valle Savio, che indirà una gara aperta con il criterio dell’offerta economicamente più vantaggiosa. Il costo complessivo del progetto che sarà oggetto di gara è di per un valore di € 1.495.000. Avevamo candidato il
progetto ad un bando PNRR per ottenere un contributo di € 845.000, che tuttavia ha esito negativo. Pertanto l’intero costo è finanziato con risorse comunali. L’impegno che sento e che sentiamo tutti insieme rimane quello di realizzare l’intervento entro la fine della legislatura, in modo da consegnare ai nostri giovani ed alle Associazioni sportive un edificio idoneo ed adeguato a praticare i propri svaghi oltre quello di porre fine alla situazione di degrado urbano dell’area.
