L’agenzia formativa di Confcommercio Arezzo, grazie al progetto Giovanisì della Regione Toscana, lancia un percorso di 208 ore per formare persone in grado di mettere in dialogo le imprese dell’ICT (Information and Communication Technology) con professionisti e imprenditori bisognosi di nuove soluzioni per digitale, social e strumentazioni informatiche. Una competenza sempre più ricercata dal mercato.
Le lezioni includono la certificazione per addetto antincendio, obbligatoria per chi opera nelle aziende. Venerdì 14 ottobre la scadenza delle iscrizioni. Sta nascendo così la figura del “consulente-venditore”, che le aziende dell’ICT (Information and Communication Technology) utilizzano per visitare i propri clienti e proporre loro prodotti e soluzioni IT su misura per ogni esigenza.Proprio a questa figura, sempre più ricercata sul mercato anche in Toscana, la Confcommercio delle province di Firenze e Arezzo dedica il corso “Commerciale e vendite di prodotti e soluzioni IT”, completamente gratuito grazie ai finanziamenti della Regione Toscana nell’ambito del progetto GiovaniSì.Il corso, in partenza dal 24 ottobre 2022, prevede 208 ore di lezione tra aula e stage nelle aziende del settore ed è comprensivo di formazione obbligatoria per addetti antincendio. È rivolto a disoccupati, inattivi e a chi sia interessato, purché in possesso di un diploma di scuola superiore, una qualificazione livello 3EQF o almeno 3 anni di esperienza lavorativa documentata nell’attività professionale di riferimento.La scadenza delle iscrizioni è fissata per le ore 13:00 di venerdì 14 ottobre 2022. Tra i requisiti supplementari dei candidati è richiesta una conoscenza dell’inglese livello A2 e preferibile, ma non necessario, un percorso di studi in ambito ICT o media digitali.Molti i temi che saranno affrontati durante l’iter formativo: dalle regole della comunicazione alle tecniche di vendita passando ovviamente per i contenuti più tecnici della professione, come le caratteristiche delle principali soluzioni tecnologiche per l’impresa e i processi aziendali in ambito ICt e industria 4.0. Gli iscritti impareranno quindi ad analizzare le esigenze del cliente e della sua organizzazione aziendale, le normative di settore (credito al consumo, tipologie di garanzie, etc) e approfondiranno la lingua inglese in relazione alle terminologie di settore. Per imparare i segreti del commerciale e vendite non mancheranno nozioni per strutturare un’offerta commerciale personalizzata, l’orientamento al lavoro e alla professione e, ovviamente, la comprensione del bilancio di competenze nel settore dell’ICT.Ad arricchire il piano è previsto un percorso di formazione obbligatoria per addetto antincendio in attività a rischio basso, suddiviso in tre macroaree: l’incendio e la prevenzione, la protezione antincendio e procedure da adottare in caso di incendio e gli estintori portatili e il loro utilizzo.
