L’AUSL ROMAGNA SPEGNE LE LUCI E ACCENDE IL SOLE

Nonostante l’impatto del caro-prezzi sul bilancio aziendale, che ha provocato un aumento dei costi energetici di circa tre volte rispetto all’anno scorso, l’Azienda USL della Romagna continua ad applicare buone pratiche nella lotta al caro energia e ai cambiamenti climatici: sono stati infatti completati i lavori di cinque differenti impianti fotovoltaici, presso gli Ospedali di Riccione, Santa Sofia, San Piero in Bagno, Mercato Saraceno e Savignano sul Rubicone, per una potenza complessiva di 307 kWp, che faranno risparmiare oltre 190 tonnellate di emissioni di CO2 all’anno.

Grazie ai propri impianti fotovoltaici e di cogenerazione l’Azienda autoproduce già oltre il 23% del proprio fabbisogno di energia elettrica, e programma di raddoppiare questa percentuale entro i prossimi 3 anni. Sono già in corso lavori per ulteriori 950 kWp di fotovoltaico, che verranno installati presso gli ospedali di Cesenatico, Ravenna, Rimini e la sede di Rimini via Coriano entro fine anno, riducendo le emissioni di altre 590 tonnellate, e consentiranno all’AUSL di diventare l’Azienda più solare d’Italia. Per quanto riguarda l’uso razionale dell’energia, dopo l’intervento di installazione di oltre 25.000 corpi illuminanti a LED, ormai in fase di completamento, l’Azienda sta introducendo diverse azioni di razionalizzazione dei consumi, tra cui una revisione del livello di illuminazione nelle aree comuni nelle ore notturne, e l’ottimizzazione del livello del riscaldamento nelle sedi non ospedaliere, anche grazie all’installazione completata in queste settimane di oltre 3.000 valvole termostatiche per consentire di regolare la temperatura dei radiatori. Tutti questi interventi sono stati realizzati anche grazie all’apporto di risorse garantito dal Programma POR FESR della Regione Emilia Romagna.Va inoltre ad aggiungersi alla bacheca aziendale l’inserimento dell’AUSL tra le tre migliori esperienze nazionali di efficienza energetica per la categoria Azienda sanitaria pubblica, riconoscimento assegnato qualche giorno fa dalla giuria dello Smart Hospital Award, durante il Forum Sistema Salute di Firenze.Per l’impegno dimostrato nell’applicazione del proprio Piano Energetico Aziendale l’Azienda è stata selezionata da ENEA come opinion leader nella campagna nazionale Italia in Classe A, con ulteriori iniziative di sensibilizzazione previste per Novembre, mese dell’efficienza energetica. Tra di esse, si segnala per il valore simbolico lo spegnimento di tutte le insegne luminose (fatte salve quelle che indicano il Pronto Soccorso e la segnaletica di sicurezza) in tutte le sedi aziendali, che verrà progressivamente attuato dalla prossima settimana, per sensibilizzare dipendenti e cittadinanza all’uso razionale dell’energia, particolarmente importante in questi mesi di grande tensione su prezzi e approvvigionamenti.
