Ed è proprio con questa iniziativa che abbiamo scelto di aderire nell’ambito del network europeo di Eurocities, alla piattaforma UserCentriCities, finalizzata alla condivisione tra le città per migliorare l’esperienza degli utenti, una rete di esperienze diverse che contribuirà senz’altro ad arricchire e portare nuove idee un comune sempre più smart”. L’assessore all’innovazione tecnologica Monica Manneschi è soddisfatta dell’adesione del Comune di Arezzo a UserCentriCities progetto che riunisce 23 comuni e regioni europee con lo scopo di dare vita ad una piattaforma per le autorità locali per aiutarle a valutare e confrontare le loro prestazioni con i loro colleghi e per lanciare una comunità europea di decisori che condividono esperienze, conoscenze e lezioni apprese su come implementare la centralità dell’utente. Allo stesso tempo, il progetto servirà a confermare e riconoscere l’importanza del governo locale nella realizzazione del governo digitale. Il progetto Nonni Digitali è stato protagonista come best practice anche all’Internet Festival 2022 a Pisa dedicato all’innovazione digitale, tema oggi più che mai presente anche all’interno delle Pubbliche Amministrazione nelle relazioni con il cittadino e con le imprese organizzato da Regione Toscana.
