Città di Castello – vogliono ricordare quanto vissuto un anno fa, proprio in queste settimane, ringraziando Quanti hanno dato Loro supporto, sostegno e solidarietà in occasione del presidio presso lo storico stabilimento Tifernate e nell’evolversi della loro vicenda lavorativa. Ricordiamo che al termine della giornata di venerdì 15 ottobre 2021, dopo un rincorrersi di voci sempre più incalzanti, ma sempre smentite dalla Proprietà (Sigg. Biagioni Massimo e Dorelli Alessio) sino all’ultimo minuto,
veniva comunicato alle Maestranze la chiusura del sito produttivo di Città di Castello (già storica Fisa Kartotecnica spa, vanto dell’industria cartotecnica tifernate dal dopoguerra) con constestuale trasferimento dell’azienda presso l’opificio di Fossato di Vico (80 km ca), già nelle disponibilità di IndustriaUmbra spa, nata tramite fusione della Sigillana Brefiocart spa (famiglia Fiorucci Bruno) e della tifernate FisaDorelli spa. A nulla sono valse le decise ma dignitose proteste e negoziazioni dei Sindacati e dei Dipendenti che hanno visto svanire, in pochi minuti e in pochi giorni, le loro sicurezze, sentendosi traditi da Coloro a cui avevano sempre dedicato massimo impegno, massima fiducia e riconoscenza, con un senso di appartenenza che hanno visto calpestare in nome di una scelta unilaterale e mai condivisa da Datori di Lavoro che, con certezza e arroganza, davano per scontata la possibilità di poter disporre dei propri Dipendenti come si fa con un semplice macchinario, con una scrivania, con bancale di cartone. La dignità e il sano orgoglio ancora per alcuni non ha prezzo e non possono essere comprati: con fermezza e coraggio (siamo ancora in piena emergenza COVID e in avvio di una crisi economica che si acuirà con il successivo conflitto Russo/Ucraino), Tutti i Dipendenti, chi subito, chi dopo poche settimane, hanno rassegnato le proprie dimissioni dinanzi allo stupore e, diciamolo, alla “rabbia” della Proprietà che vedeva il Suo irriverente Piano di delocalizzazione dell’unità Tifernate scoppiare come una bolla di sapone a contatto con la fierezza di qualificati e professionali lavoratori. E proprio grazie a queste apprezzate e riconosciute qualità, Tutte le Maestranze sono state ricollocate, a tempo indeterminato, presso altre importanti realtà produttive del Nostro Territorio Tifernate, fiore all’occhiello a livello nazionale, del settore kartotecnico e grafico, grazie alla solidarietà e alla lungimiranza di Imprenditori che ancora credono nella Nostra Città e considerano i propri Dipendenti come una Risorsa e non come mero fattore impersonale della produzione. In questa occasione è proprio vero il detto: “Chiusa una porta, si apre un portone…”. . Gli ex dipendenti formulano un sentito e sincero ringraziamento alle OO.SS. (in particolare ai Sigg. Bruschi Enrico e Bonini Francesco), alle Istituzioni (in primis il Sindaco Luca Secondi e il consigliere Regionale Michele Bettarelli), ai Concittadini tutti che li hanno sostenuti e in particolar modo ai Titolari e ai nuovi colleghi di lavoro delle società CARTOEDIT srl, GRIFA srl, TREEMME di Migliorati snc, SCATOLIFICIO SAICO SRL, WOOD LINE srl, RAMA PACKING SRL, ALCA snc, SCATOLIFICIO GASPERINI SRL, CMC SPA, CTS GRAFICA SRL e ALTOM srl, Grafiche Sabbioni e Tiber Targhe per aver consentito loro di riacquisire un lavoro dignitoso e soprattutto la possibilità di vivere, senza sconvolgimenti, la quotidiana vita familiare
