SANSEPOLCRO – In merito al comunicato stampa diffuso dal Pd di Sansepolcro sulla scuola “Buonarroti”, queste le precisazioni dell’assessore Riccardo Marzi. “Preciso innanzitutto che ci sono stati due episodi di infiltrazioni di acqua” spiega l’amministratore “con conseguente e immediata richiesta da parte nostra di un intervento urgente alla ditta che ci ha noleggiato i moduli.
Già ieri i tecnici comunali hanno effettuato un sopralluogo alla struttura ed è stato chiesto di intervenire subito per risolvere il problema. Ci scusiamo per i disagi ma non è colpa del Comune se ci sono due infiltrazioni d’acqua. Come già detto altre volte, colgo anche l’occasione per ribadire che i tecnici comunali stanno lavorando per far ripartire il cantiere che, per motivazioni di carattere tecnico-economiche, si è fermato. Sono state trovate le risorse aggiuntive necessarie, dato che molti costi di partenza sono raddoppiati. C’è già stato nei giorni scorsi un confronto con la ditta appaltatrice e confidiamo di poter riprendere i lavori quanto prima. A giorni infine partirà anche la ristrutturazione totale della palestra Buonarroti, un altro tassello fondamentale della politica di attenzione alle scuole del territorio che abbiamo impostato nell’ultimo periodo. Spero con questi ulteriori chiarimenti di rassicurare l’opinione pubblica, che invece altri continuano ad agitare stoltamente”. “Al Pd di Sansepolcro” conclude l’assessore Riccardo Marzi “suggerisco di stare sereni. Non sarà un’infiltrazione d’acqua ad interrompere il progetto di rifacimento totale di una scuola che le loro amministrazioni passate hanno lasciato allo sfacelo per anni. Comprendo che dati i risultati elettorali la loro unica mansione sia ormai quella di criticare e spargere allarmismo. Ma ormai ritengo che la gente del nostro Borgo li abbia pesati abbastanza per dare scarso credito sia al loro modo di amministrare la cosa pubblica, sia al loro livore improduttivo”.
