Sarà una giornata dedicata alla scuola, quella di lunedì 28 novembre, alla Casa dell’Energia. Organizzato dall’agenzia formativa Pratika, il programma di “Strategie per il successo scolastico e formativo: storie e orientamento” si compone di formazione, dialogo e confronto fra mondo della scuola, famiglie, istituzioni e ragazze e ragazzi, una giornata di storie condivise. Si parlerà principalmente di dispersione scolastica, un tema che appartiene alla scuola, ma che è sempre più evidente che la scuola non possa affrontare da sola e che ha bisogno del confronto, della collaborazione e del supporto di tutta la rete della comunità di riferimento: insegnanti, istituzioni, famiglie e studenti e studentesse. Tra le autorità già confermate la presenza della Vice-sindaca Lucia Tanti e della Presidente della commissione cultura del Comune di Arezzo Ilaria Pugi.
Appuntamento dunque alle 15 con una formazione rivolta a insegnanti di ogni ordine e grado, referenti zonali educativi, dirigenti scolastici: è la conclusione del ciclo di incontri organizzati nell’ambito di PEZ Progetto Educativo Zonale della Regione Toscana in collaborazione con la Conferenza Zonale Aretina. La formazione sarà tenuta da Federico Batini, che dirige il Master in orientamento narrativo e prevenzione della dispersione scolastica presso Università degli Studi di Perugia, da Ermelinda De Carlo, docente presso UNIPG e da Martina Evangelista, direttrice di Pratika. Si parlerà in particolare di prevenzione della dispersione scolastica, di orientamento e orientamento narrativo, di buone pratiche per il successo scolastico nella zona educativa aretina. Il programma della formazione del 28 novembre prevede: “Che cos’è la dispersione scolastica? Che cosa può fare la scuola e una zona educativa per conoscerla e contrastarla? In che modo la didattica orientativa, l’orientamento formativo e le storie condivise possono rafforzare il successo scolastico e formativo? Idee, buone pratiche, strumenti: competenze, socializzazione, lettura ad alta voce, progettazione di percorsi per insegnare e orientare con le discipline.”
Alle 17 si apre uno spazio di dialogo: le scuole aretine raccontano alle famiglie le loro proposte per la dispersione scolastica, cosa hanno messo in atto, quali sono le buone pratiche che vogliono condividere. È il momento giusto per le famiglie per conoscere l’offerta formativa scolastica aretina. Segue, alle 18,30, una vera e propria festa, quella dello spazio “QBR – Quei Bravi Ragazzi”, lo spazio nel quartiere Saione di Arezzo, aperto ormai da quasi un anno che dialoga quotidianamente con chi, più di altri, è a rischio dispersione. Saranno le storie le protagoniste di questo momento, storie di sostegno culturale ed educativo dentro la comunità cittadina, storie di uno spazio educativo che aiuta a scoprire chi siamo e, dopo, a scegliere il proprio futuro. A QBR, spazio gratuito e aperto ai minori del quartiere Saione e della città, si può accedere ad una opportunità educativa ulteriore, di recupero e sviluppo delle competenze chiave e di orientamento per la scuola e per la vita. Alla Casa dell’energia saranno raccontate le storie dei Bravi Ragazzi e delle Brave Ragazze.
Chiude la serata un reading con pianoforte di Alfonso Cuccurullo e Federico Squassabia, ingresso gratuito, aperto a tutti: “Il verme in fondo alla fila”, una carrellata di racconti in musica dove filosofia e ironia si incontrano.
