Si è tenuta oggi pomeriggio la conferenza stampa del centrodestra che ha confermato la propria unità intorno alla candidatura di Silvia Chiassai Martini alla presidenza della provincia. “Sono già state depositate le firme, il doppio di quelle che occorrevano per avere una candidatura valida.
Faccio i migliori auguri a Silvia Chiassai per questa corsa che la aspetta. Ha fatto un ottimo lavoro nel suo primo mandato ed era giusto che fosse riconfermata: le polemiche uscite nel corso della settimana passano in secondo piano rispetto ad una rinnovata e rinsaldata unitarietà del centro destra”, ha commentato il sindaco Alessandro Ghinelli.
“Desidero ringraziare il sindaco Ghinelli che per la seconda volta ha deciso di lasciare a me la possibilità di ricandidarmi alla presidenza della provincia nel segno della continuità. E ringrazio i sindaci, i partiti e il mondo civico che mi hanno scelto come candidato del centro destra. Grazie all’aiuto dei consiglieri che si sono avvicendati in questi quattro anni il centro destra è riuscito a far cambiare marcia dell’ente provincia e a farlo tornare centrale in ambiti importanti come quello della sicurezza delle scuole e della strade. Mi auguro che con il sostegno forte e convinto e la collaborazione che ho ricevuto in questi giorni possiamo portare a termine il lavoro iniziato. Da oggi inizia la vera corsa, sarà l’occasione per fare il punto su quello che la rovincia ha fatto in questi quattro anni e sul lavoro da fare nei prossimi quattro”, ha detto Silvia Chiassai Martini.
