che l’ordinanza sindacale conseguente n. 294 del 28 novembre i stabilisce la chiusura del canile a nuovi accessi e l’obbligo di ripristinare in maniera idonea i box in stato fatiscente e di pericolosità per gli animali; che detto verbale di fatto sancisce in maniera ineludibile una situazione più volte denunciata da cittadini e da atti di sindacato ispettivo sempre minimizzati dall’Amministrazione comunale; che lo stato di pericolosità e di deficienza gestionale dei box con lamiere sporgenti che minacciano l’incolumità degli animali evidenziano l’inadeguatezza dell’attuale gestore e suscita inquietanti interrogativi nei confronti di un’associazione che a parole dovrebbe essere la prima paladina del benessere degli animali”. A seguito di queste considerazioni, Lignani Marchesani, interroga la giunta, “sulla natura del verbale e su eventuali sanzioni pecuniarie o di altra natura previste per il gestore e/o per il Comune; sul nuovo bando di assegnazione per la gestione del canile; sull’inadeguatezza dell’ENPA a gestire il canile di Lerchi; sull’inadeguatezza delle ispezioni, citate in atti di sindacato ispettivo, fatte fino alla data del 22 novembre al canile da parte dell’Amministrazione comunale; sulla necessità di esperire tutte le possibilità di natura giuridica per escludere l’ENPA dalla futura gestione del canile medesimo”, ha concluso Andrea Lignani Marchesani.
