L’avviso pubblico per l’affidamento in concessione Scadenza fissata per le 12:00 del prossimo 20 dicembre 2022
Scade il 20 dicembre prossimo l’avviso pubblico per l’affidamento in regime di concessione di “Casa Marini” ed i terreni parte del patrimonio agricolo forestale regionale “Alpe di Poti” ubicati a Palazzo del Pero.
L’affidamento avrà la durata di 6 anni e prevede un canone annuale, oggetto di offerta di rialzo, pari a 5mila euro. I beni vengono dati in concessione per finalità di guardania del cantiere forestale di Palazzo del Pero che svolge attività nel campo della tutela e promozione ambientale e della difesa dei boschi dagli incendi. Il concessionario dovrà stabilire il proprio domicilio nel fabbricato e assumere l’impegno di controllare periodicamente il cantiere forestale.
