Comune di Bagno di Romagna in riferimento all’uso di materiale pirotecnico e di petardi Vi ricordo che è in vigore l’ordinanza che ho adottato nel 2021 (Ord. n. 69 del 9.12.2021), che impone il divieto di utilizzo di petardi e di materiale pirotecnico in tutto il territorio del Comune di Bagno di Romagna e che ha validità generale per lefestività di capodanno, senza necessità di rinnovo. Il testo dell’ordinanza è scaricabile sul sito internet del Comune.
L’ordinanza, già adottata anche nel 2019 e 2020, la cui validità è stata estesa in via continuativa con l’ordinanza del 2021, ha lo scopo di salvaguardare interessi collettivi di ordine superiore, quali l’incolumitàdei nostri giovani, ma anche il decoro e la vivibilità urbana, la tutela della tranquillità e del riposo deiresidenti, con particolare riferimento alla popolazione più fragile, nonché dell’ambiente e del patrimonioculturale e tutela alla salute e dell’incolumità degli animali, oltre ad scongiurare occasioni di condottecriminali diffuse. Al riguardo, l’ordinanza vieta su tutto il territorio comunale, nei luoghi pubblici, aperti al pubblico e privati, di usare materiale pirotecnico e similare, con eccezione per gli spettacoli autorizzatidei professionisti, con validità relativa alla prossima festività di capodanno. Il divieto è valido per il periodo tra il 22 dicembre 2022 – 6 gennaio 2023, nella fascia oraria che va
dalle ore 18.00 alle ore 8.00. Limitatamente alla serata dell’ultimo dell’anno il limite opera nella fascia oraria compresa dalle ore 01.00 alle 08.00 del 1° gennaio 2023. Ho anche il dovere e la premura di avvertire che le violazioni di quanto previsto prevedono una sanzione amministrativa pecuniaria da € 25,00 ad € 500,00 ai sensi dell’art. 7 bis del D.Lgs. 267/2000. Colgo l’occasione, pertanto, per raccomandarmi ai nostri giovani concittadini ed ai genitori di tenere
condotte adeguate ai divieti indicati, che rispondono a esigenze collettive di buon vivere di comunità.
