Occorre coinvolgere maggiormente tutte le forze a disposizione per controllare i territori senza però impedire ai proprietari di cani di uscire di casa. Si attivi subito la Polizia Locale per controlli a tappeto ed il Servizio Veterinario per una proficua azione di tutela degli animali stessi.”
