CITTA’ DI CASTELLO – I consiglieri comunali di Fratelli d’Italia, Elda Rossi e Riccardo Leveque, a seguito dell’Interpellanza sulle problematiche del Centro Storico, presentata in Consiglio Comunale, lunedì 6 febbraio, riguardanti l’attivazione delle telecamere per la regolazione della ZTL nel Centro Storico, lo stato di apertura del parcheggio ad uso pubblico sotterraneo l’Ex FAT e l’area di parcheggio di mezzi di pubblico interesse e di soccorso realizzata nello spazio adiacente l’ex ospedale in Largo Mons. Giovanni Muzi, evidenziano come dalle risposte date dall’Amministrazione emerga una mancata progettualità urbanistica riguardate il Centro Storico della nostra città.
Nonostante l’istallazione delle telecamere e i varchi elettronici predisposti per la
ZTL da ormai sei mesi, non esiste ancora un regolamento definito perché è in fase di stesura ed è prevista
una sanzione economica qualora ci sia la mancata attivazione dell’opera. Il parcheggio sotterraneo all’ex
FAT con 23 stalli ad uso pubblico non è mai stato utilizzato, perché, come risposto dall’amministrazione,
devono essere effettuati dei lavori di sistemazioni di alcune problematiche riguardanti la gestione e lo
smaltimento delle acque meteoriche, lavori di ripristino che ammontano a 95.000 euro. Infine, non è stata
data risposta riguardo l’area di parcheggio per mezzi di interesse pubblico e di soccorso che è stata
collocata adiacente alle mura dell’ex Ospedale, edificio fatiscente e pericolante, non adeguata e pericolosa per le macchine in sosta. L’insieme di questi aspetti connota una mancata progettualità urbanistica che non risolve i problemi, ma anzi aggrava l’accessibilità e la fruibilità del Centro Storico, sofferente ormai già da decenni.
