Addio Rdc, arriva Mia, bozza di riforma in 12 articoli I beneficiari saranno divisi in due platee: tra famiglie con over 60, minori o disabili e quelle senza queste categorie. Il reddito di cittadinanza potrà essere chiesto fino al 31 agosto 2023 e comunque potrà essere erogato al massimo solo fino a fine anno. Lo si legge nella bozza di testo sul nuovo sussidio contro la povertà che si chiamerà Mia, Misura di inclusione sociale, e sostituirà il Reddito, un provvedimento in 12 articoli che di fatto separa le platee tra famiglie con over 60, minori o disabili e quelle senza queste categorie.
Anche i minorenni con almeno 16 anni saranno tenuti all’obbligo di partecipazione attiva, formazione e lavoro nel nuovo sussidio contro la povertà se non impegnati in un percorso di studi. E’ quanto emerge dalla bozza di riforma del Rdc. Nel Mia sono tenuti a questo obbligo “tutti i componenti il nucleo familiare maggiorenni ovvero minorenni che abbiano adempiuto agli obblighi scolastici”. Sono esclusi dall’obbligo i beneficiari della Mia over 60, nonché i componenti con disabilità. Possono essere esonerati dall’obbligo i componenti con carichi di cura (figli minori di tre anni di età o disabili in condizioni di gravità).
Cgil, preoccupazione e perplessità su bozza riforma – La Cgil esprime “preoccupazione e perplessità” sulla bozza di riforma del Reddito di cittadinanza che introduce un nuovo sussidio contro la povertà che dovrebbe chiamarsi Mia, Misura per l’inclusione attiva. “Non condividiamo il metodo e il merito – spiega la segretaria confederale Daniela Barbaresi – non siamo stati chiamati su una partita importante che richiederebbe un confronto approfondito. Siamo in una situazione delicata con l’inflazione che avanza e colpisce soprattutto le famiglie in una situazione di povertà, il tema è prioritario. Quanto al merito – prosegue – la povertà è un fenomeno complesso, non basta la presa in carico dal punto di vista economico. C’è il disagio abitativo, la povertà educativa, ci vuole una presa in carico complessiva. Andrebbe poi chiarito l’aspetto economico. Dalla prima lettura il giudizio non è positivo”.
