Il biker Paolo Ugolini coordinerà un tavolo di confronto con gli operatori dei servizi tecnici legati alla mobilità su due ruote per individuare esigenze e opportunità legate allo sviluppo del cicloturismo nel territorio comunale di Città di Castello. L’iniziativa fa parte del ciclo di sei seminari del progetto “D & B – Discovery and Bike in Altotevere”, promosso dal Comune di Città di Castello con Federalberghi Umbria e ASP G.O. Bufalini.
