In merito alle dichiarazioni riportate su Arezzo Notizie dal Consigliere Casucci nell’articolo del 13.03 dal titolo “Soli infermieri a bordo di ambulanze”‘, il Direttore del dipartimento Emergenza Urgenza dott. Massimo Mandò dichiara che l’intervento di soccorso è stato effettuato correttamente dall’infermiere che ha operato secondo i protocolli operativi del soccorso.
I feriti quindi prontamente soccorsi e correttamente assistiti. Uno di essi è stato trasportato nell’ospedale del Casentino e quindi presso l’ospedale di Arezzo per completamento degli esami diagnostici (il cui esito è stato negativo); l’altro ferito è stato trasferito all’ospedale di Arezzo direttamente. Spetta alla Centrale Operativa del 118 (così come stabilito dalla delibera regionale numero 1424 del 12/12/2022) l’organizzazione dei mezzi e del personale di soccorso dell’emergenza urgenza, e quindi anche la valutazione, al momento della chiamata, su quale sia il mezzo più idoneo da inviare per l’intervento. Una scelta che si basa anche sulla consapevolezza – prosegue il dott. Mandó – di poter contare, oltre ai medici, anche infermieri formati, preparati, che sono in grado, attraverso una serie di protocolli, di assistere il paziente in maniera appropriata e adeguata. Sono decine e decine gli interventi “salvavita” portati a compimento dal personale tutto, medici, infermieri, in piena armonia e sincronia, del sistema dell’emergenza urgenza.
