Abbiamo avviato un altro importante progetto di sviluppo per la nostra Comunità, che riguarda la riqualificazione del Lago di Acquapartita e dell’area circostante, con l’obbiettivo di rendere un luogo così bello ed affascinante più attrattivo e fruibile sia per i cittadini che per il richiamo turistico che
Acquapartita merita.
Si tratta di un percorso che è stato possibile avviare dopo l’accordo raggiunto con le società Riv S.r.l. e
Comero Nord S.r.l. a definizione del giudizio nato in merito alla controversa questione della proprietà
dell’intera area, in forza del quale sia il lago che l’area circostante sono oggi di proprietà pubblica del
Comune.
E’ stato così possibile avviare la progettazione della riqualificazione dell’area del lago, secondo un progetto già avviato da Riv e ceduto gratuitamente al Comune, a fronte della concessione della relativa gestione per la durata di nove anni, decorrente dal momento della realizzazione del progetto stesso.
All’esito della prima fase progettuale la Giunta Comunale ha recentemente approvato un progetto
complessivo di riqualificazione dell’area del Lago di Acquapartita – diviso in 3 stralci progettuali – per un
costo complessivo di intervento pari ad € 600.000,00.
L’intervento prevede 1) la riprofilatura e consolidamento delle sponde e dello specchio d’acqua, la
realizzazione di uno scolmatore e la predisposizione degli impianti per una nuova pubblica illuminazione; 2) la riqualificazione del sentiero che costeggia il lago, l’installazione di nuovi arredi e della nuova
illuminazione pubblica; 3) la realizzazione di una zona riqualificata di accesso all’area.
In particolare il primo intervento, che è propedeutico a dar seguito ai due conseguenti stralci progettuali, è già stato tradotto in un progetto esecutivo e di pronta realizzazione, del valore di € 150.000,00.
L’intera progettualità è anche già stata inserita nella programmazione triennale delle opere pubbliche del
Comune, così a confermare il percorso di sviluppo dell’area, che ora è negli strumenti di gestione dell’Ente, Ringrazio per il momento tutti i Settori del Comune, che hanno prestato il proprio lavoro congiunto ed in particolare il Settore Lavori Pubblici che ha gestito la pratica, così come l’Arch. Simone Gabrielli e l’Ing. Carlo Corzani per la collaborazione nella fase progettuale.
