Grazie all’appello di Sunia e Cgil che condivido totalmente In questi anni sulle case popolari abbiamo assistito a molti balletti, compresa la revoca di un bando a causa di un azzardo della Giunta, quando agì come se non esistessero le sentenze della Corte Costituzionale, accompagnato dalla stucchevole demagogia sul prima gli italiani meglio i toscani anzi gli aretini.
In questo quadro, evidentemente, è stato più proficuo mostrare velleitariamente i muscoli piuttosto che preoccuparsi dello stato delledilizia residenziale pubblica. Ora i nodi vengono al pettine e Sunia e Cgil hanno deciso di rivolgersi ad Arezzo Casa e al Comune di Arezzo per denunciare la mancanza di finanziamenti, sia che si tratti di nuove costruzioni sia che si tratti della manutenzione di quelle esistenti. Non ci sono le risorse è un mantra che non basta più. La richiesta di una riflessione generale che coinvolga i partiti e le istituzioni del Comune di Arezzo, capoluogo che presiede il Lode e la Commissione per il disagio abitativo, va a mio parere nella giusta direzione e ritengo necessario sostenerla ponendola tra le priorità dellagenda politica. Il diritto alla casa non deve essere derubricato a una questione incidentale da mettere in stand by. Investire su questo patrimonio è una scelta politica: portiamola fino in fondo e sono sicuro che le risorse da investire si trovano.
