E il fitness invase Sansepolcro. Non ci sono solo i vecchi sani sport in Valtiberina Toscana; domenica 2 Aprile 2023 una Sansepolcro viva e affollata, anche per merito dei mercatini che hanno vivificato il centro storico, è stata animata da un Evento nuovo. È approdato al Borgo il Silent System Fitness & Dance sotto l’egida dell’Associazione Vivi Altotevere e con il patrocino del Comune di Sansepolcro. Curatrice dell’evento è stata l’energica e carismatica FitnessInstructor Ermina. Le istruttrici e gli istruttori locali avvalendosi di un sistema audio all’avanguardia, con partenza dal
Palazzetto dello Sport Sansepolcro, hanno guidato un folto gruppo di allievi, di oltre settanta persone, alla scoperta della città. Lo hanno fatto facendoli muovere e ballare in discipline diverse che poi sono le specialità del Fitness condotte dai vari istruttori ma anche riservandogli alcune sorprese. La città di Piero della Francesca, è stata infatti anche raccontata alternando alla musica alcuni brevi interventi culturali soprattutto fatti lungo il cammino; è stato Michele Foni a raccontare alcuni aneddoti e alcuni luoghi speciali. Cittadini e occasionali passanti hanno potuto vedere ed assistere ai momenti di ballo senza però ascoltare alcun suono, riservato, essendo in cuffia, ai soli partecipanti. Momenti surreali che hanno incuriositi tanti passanti che, a bocca aperta, hanno visto i balli senza udire alcun suono ma apprezzando il movimento, l’energia e il sincronismo. Il gruppo tramite Via Bartolomeo della Gatta, Via delle Santucce e Via Santa Croce si è recato agli Orti sociali, ospiti dell’associazione Floema, e sul bastione di Santa Lucia ha realizzato il secondo momento di Danza. Poi percorrendo Via Matteo di Giovanni e Via Giovanni Buitoni, ha visitato il Museo della Vetrata, questa volta grazie all’ospitalità della responsabile, artista del vetro, Antonella Farsetti . Al Campaccio, a seguire, altri 30 minuti di danza si sono svolti all’interno dell’anfiteatro curato da Laboratori Permanenti di Caterina Casini . Il cammino è continuato per Viale Barzanti, piazza Santa Marta, Via XX Settembre fino a Piazza torre di Berta dove, intorno alle 17.45, altri 30 minuti danza; infine, sempre seguendo via XX Settembre, a Porta Fiorentina dove si sono svolti gli ultimi quindici minuti di ballo, prima del ritorno alla base di partenza. Questo l’elenco completo dei vari momenti di danza e dei relativi istruttori, dalla grande comunicativa, che hanno ottenuta attenzione da parte di tutti i partecipanti: Riscaldamento con Erminia e Laura, Balli di gruppo con Arianna e Barbara, Iryna e Nicolò con Fitbox, Erminia e Laura con Zumba, Giulio e Stella con Latinoamericani, Defaticamento Erminia e Laura, Freestyle Disco Dance.Un cammino silenzioso, ordinato e salutare che non è passato inosservato a nessuno nemmeno al Comune di Sansepolcro che con il Comandante dei Vigili Antonello Guadagni, con il Presidente del Consiglio Comunale Antonello Antonelli e il Sindaco Fabrizio Innocenti sono stati vicini, in vario modo, all’evento. “Oggi sono andato a sostenere il Sansepolcro calcio nella difficile trasferta di Marsciano…. Al mio ritorno ho incrociato questo gruppo che passeggiava in allegria in viale Osimo….ho proprio pensato che i modi per divertirsi sono molti – questo il messaggio inviato dal primo cittadino all’iniziativa – ma ritengo che il loro sia davvero azzeccato, proprio una bella scelta che hanno fatto oggi… li ammiro tutti con gratitudine”.
